Personal opinion puts her as the best raw breaker and a very good DPS support, but utility is as or more important than that so FChloe and Arthur still have a place in the meta as dual-purpose artsgens
Her kit is insane, but her art for some reason seems a bit off in the arm composition. So I can't say for sure her art is that good. Compared to other unit's artwork this one seems very middle of the pack. But none the less the general idea they were going for is very solid. Though the execution could have been better. All in all a very solid unit❤
OOT, should i exchange rgb for TW Hart "Vertrag"? Or Kirisame TW? I have all the OG fate Tw already and i got none of summer fate unit (but i can exchange 2 tickets of fate TW ticket) SOOO which TW should i pick for? (This also for getting 10tix fate collab in Mission)

Kalo misal lu udah punya Shirou + TW-nya, mending ambil TW-nya Hart, soalnya hart ni tier ss. Nih unit hampir kepake di semua comp. Gua 4 tahun main, hart kaga pernah gua ganti wkwk, selalu ada.
For sure, the best in the breaking department, but is she the best overall breaker unit? I don't chase the fastest clear times, and if a boss can be broken relatively easily with either Chloe or Arthur, then I use them due to their arts gen, and Chloe's passive is still OP. Yep, break meta again on the map, was forgotten since wargul + normal platina, but now break meta is more plausible than before.
