Low-key the Giants had a very strong draft class. Nabers is a stud, Johnson and Tracy look like nice weapons and Phillips and Nubin have become starters already.
Gotta be honest I think the Giants might be the very best one. Absolute superstar in Nabers and most other players are worthy of getting starting snaps
If this draft class had missed, Joe Scheon would be planned to be fired at the end of the season, I truly believe this class saved his job for next year and will let him and Daboll get their QB
jalyx junt being a project player and not getting much outside of special teams from anyone else (even waiving one and keeping another inactive) makes it seem like there was only 2 good picks. Granted those 2 picks are the best defensive player in the draft and a top 5 defensive player in the draft
You can Tarheeb Still to the Chargers long list of impact rookies. Guy was on fire today, replicated the Richard Sherman NFC Championship pass deflection.
Two days after you posted this, Chargers other 5th round pick you didn't mention here Tarheed Still has an absolutely tremendous game! We got another starter.
You also forgot to mention Tarheeb Still for the chargers. He was also a CB drafted in the 5th round who is a starter now that asante samuel jr is on IR. He was responsible for 2 TOs today against the Browns.
Chargers draft class with Joe Alt, Ladd McConkey and the two stud corners picked in the 5th round, Tarheeb Still and Cam Hart, have proven to be in of the best drafts in the league
Cam hart and tarheeb still in round 5 for the chargers currently starting and doing well. Kimani vidal contributing 6th round rb Joe alt at rt incredible, 2nd round pick ladd mcconkey is a studd. Great draft
Was waiting for this video since the draft 👍🏽 ty FBA…….. you forgot about Tarheeb Still for the chargers…. He is a good contributor as well…… Vidal has also flashed at times when called upon.
Hate to say it but the Washington commanders have had a better draft class than 2/4 teams in the video. Brandon Coleman one of the highest rated tackles in pff run blocking, obviously Jaden being compared already to the top 10 qbs in most stat lines, Newton has been a solid with the time he has had/his first start he had what like 2 sacks and a force fumble? Then Ben sinnot and luke mc. Have been great. Luke will definitely be a great slot player in the future
Gotta go with the Steelers they’ve completely revamped the o line in one draft with 3 potential starters and 2 of the highest graded rookie ol to start
Rams deserve an hm. V8 and Fiske have been dominate, Bauxe Limmer has been great at center and Whittington is awesome when he’s healthy. Not to mention Josh karty
Carolina absolutely deserves a shout for their draft. Legette and Sanders are looking to be great players, Wallace is looking to be a pretty good linebacker for a third round pick, and Brooks is TBD, but him and Hubbard are going to be an elite run game.
Commanders was better than you think even outside of JD5. Johnny Newton broke out, Sainristil has been a starter, and Jean-Baptiste looks like a solid contributor before going on IR. Thats just the defensive guys, watch for the 3 other rookies on Offense to have bigger roles in the back half of the season
I like the picks we took as a 49er fan isaac could have definitely scored 2 touchdowns and have 3 in his career so far one in Seattle but think he got tripped and the 2nd against the cowboys but he slid down but hey at least he got one during that game ❤️💪🏽💛!! And I’m glad ricky is safe as well it could have gone a different direction but thank god that didn’t end with that situation 🙏🏽🙏🏽god is great !!
Feel like you needed to highlight Quinyon and Cooper for the birds. These 2 are both making immediate impacts and are both 2 of our top rated defenders
Lowkey was hoping a Panthers mention, their offensive rookies are looking very good, Xavier Lagette, Jalen Coker and Jatavion Sanders and we still have to see Jonathon Brooks play, on the defensive side of the ball LB trevin wallace looks like their best LB an prolly their best rookie. Dan morgan and Canales had a great first draft
The Chargers really didn't give up too much in the Ladd trade. They gave up their 2nd and the 4th they got in the Keenan trade for their 2nd and 5th. Really even trade that's worked fairly well for them
Kinda hoping Luke McCaffrey gets more opportunities. He's getting open a lot when I watch the film. Jayden hasn't had as much time training with him as Terry McLauren and others. Luke stepping up is probably a matter of next man up since there are reliable vets there in Noah Brown and Zack Ertz.
Titans despite a poor season had a great underrated class, JC Latham looks a stud at LT. Tvondre Sweat beast NT and Jarvis Brownlee has played great as a slot corner and then on the outside when Awuzie/Sneed have been injured. Cedric Gray has been on IR but hopefully makes an impact at LB. Look forward to 2025 class hopefully can improve at RT, RG, WR, Edge and QB
Bro, no Steelers is CRAZY. Zach Frazier and Mason McCormick are absolute studs at the offensive line and have been starters for most of the season, Payton Wilson has been a major contributor at the defense and has showcased his speed many times, he ends up where the ball is almost every play, even Fautanu who has been injured, showed major flashes whenever he’s played.
Evan Williams is one of the highest grades safeties in the entire NFL. Edgerrin Cooper is already an nfc defensive player of the week. Javon Bullard is a starter in the slot playing well. All this while Marshawn Lloyd hasn’t even got to play yet. But apparently the Bucs have the better class with a really good center and then a solid running back??? Just be honest brother, you’re a Vikings fan
@@dhsjakacjenal We have the best rookie RB after having the worst rushing offense, the best rookie lineman, and a top rated rookie safety. Just cause the team sucks doesn’t mean our class does.
Brock Bowers is definitely a great pick so far with Jackson Powell-Johnson being underrated. It's unfortunate with terrible coaching and team management for the Raiders
Tarheeb still for the chargers is the other corner they took in the 5th round and imo he’s had to par if not a better start to his career than cam hart. I love cam as well but tarheeb should have been mentioned as well
Why aren't the Giants highlighted on this list? The team may suck, but even PFF ranked this draft class #1. This draft class has been one of the only bright spots on a disapponting team, I don't understand that at all. I'm already looking forward to the 2025 Draft and the end of the Daniel Jones era.
Tarheeb still for the chargers is also starting on the other CB spot and is also doing amazing and already has an INT and ablocked pass tipped for an int. Chargers definitely had one of the best drafts ever. Their team is full of rookies and second years and are contending for a high seed playoff spot. (They can’t get first seed cuz mahomes is in the way😂)
Yes the second and third round is super important, where the bulk of a team starters coem from. But teams still have to do well in the first round too. For the Packers Matt Lafleur and GM Gutekunst are excellent in round 2 and beyond. But look at their first round picks, as a whole I'd say "underwhelming" is being generous. While in general rounds 2-3-4 is where you get your starters, but in round 1 is where you get your stars. And it isn't just bad luck, so many stars, at the positions GB is looking for, are available when GB picks. Example from this year, GB took Jordan Morgan one pick before Graham Barton (oh and look center has become an issue for GB) and last season, GB took Lukas Van Ness instead of they swapped picks for Will McDonald IV (the guy that has more sacks than anyone on GB this year).
As a Raiders fan, Bowers and JPJ should be 2 solid building blocks to what should be a deep rebuild I hope we don’t waste them like Maxx and Josh Jacobs though.
You already know the cycle. Raiders draft good talent while having 0 coaching consistency and after multiple years of good drafts somehow end up in the playoffs, despite terrible coaching. Then an unfortunate injury to causes us to loose in round 1, causing Mark Davis to go power hungry in the off-season and fire the whole organization. Then we find our "holy savior" head coach that off season only to miss the playoffs the following year and loose all our talent for draft stock because the new coach wants to make it his team. I hate Mark Davis
I still think Will reichard the Vikings kicker has been a sleeper pick. For a team that struggled for years with kicking, having reliable kicking has really kept them in games
I cant believe Renardo Green was projected as a 3rd round pick. And that the 49ers were considered to have reached for him. Mustapha is has been great, too
If Fautanu and Roman Wilson weren’t injured, I feel like the Steelers had a generational draft. Troy was solid in his only start, Zach Frazier is a ten-year starter for us, Payton Wilson has been solid and would be starting if our lb room wasn’t so strong, Roman Wilson (DNF), Mason McCormick is a plug-in-play starter at guard and will replace James Daniels, and don’t forget about beanie bishop (three picks as an UDFA)
Quinyonamo bay and Cooper Cheese DeJawn have been spectacular. Will Shipley is starting to get more reps and Jalyx Hunt just recorded his first sack the other day. Ainias Smith is off IR now. I think this class might be special. Johnny Wilson might be ass tho
The Bengals had a nice draft class this year. It was so good that all 9 of them made the team. 1st rounder Amarius Mims appears to be a future Pro Bowl player and 2nd rounder pick DT Kris Jenkins has shown flashes of greatness so has 3rd round pick McKinnly Jackson the big nose tackle from Texas A&M and 3rd rounder Jermaine Burton is just getting started but I think I’m right in saying he is going to be a special player. Watch him this weekend against the Raiders. Higgins will miss the game so watch Burton. Burton is a 1st round talent and their 4th rounder Erick All also solid because of an injury his last year at Iowa. He is a TE and their 4th rounder best way I can describe him is George Kittle. Excellent blocker and excellent pass catcher. Fast too for a guy that is 6’5’’ 252. Faster than TravisnKelce was coming out. Josh Newton is a future starting Cornerback Tanner McGlachlin is a nice WR that converted to TE after his freshman year and he broke all of Gronks records for TEs at Arizona. Cedric Johnson has shown flashes. He is a big strong fast as lightning edge who started for Ole Miss in the SEC. He will continue to get better. Dajhan Anthony is a safety out of Ole Miss but I think his future is at nickel CB. He is good and Matt Lee the center from Miami was a steal. He could start at center right now. Bengals had a late 4th round grade on him. Don’t know why he slid so far size perhaps. He was 6’4’’ 295 at Miami and got up to 301 at the Combine and Is now at 308 which is totally fine for a center. He’ll 295 is fine. Jason Kelce only weighted 285-290.
I might be a biased giants fan but I think the giants had the best draft class and pff agrees with me. All these other classes were good tho nice video
