My neighbor has a 1050 with duals front and back. It’s a really epic machine. And I’m way out in the bush in Manitoba Canada so it’s neat to see something like that out here
The stealth look of this tractor is due to the custom 1 piece nano-ceramic tinted window film that is only actually 35% VLT (visual light transmission) installed more for long day operator comfort in keeping the cab at a controlled temperature. If more farmers did this on their equipment, they would experience less fatigue on their jobs. Dustin had this film installed for all the benefits that come with nano-ceramic film not so much the stealth look, although looking cool is definitely an added bonus. I have installed this film on all of the Fendt tractors Dustin has owned/operated.
I'm from Holland Fendt is really popular in Europe it's also know as the Mercedes under the tractors! they are top quality and really comfortable machines and i absolutely love working with Fendt they are fantastic.
A pretty cool tractor. I've never seen this tractor in reallife. I live in Germany in the "Magdeburger Börde" and here you can much John Deere and Fendt, but no one have a 1050. I love this tractor! Nice video.
Love seeing McFarlane Reel Disks on your channel, we use three on the operation I work for. They are quite versatile tillage tools and let you know real quick if you’re pushing the conditions and it’s too wet to be running.

I have to say that is one impressive looking tractor those tires on it just make it and then the colour scheme on it that’s pretty bad ass and that’s interesting to know that the fuel savings compared to the other articulated tractors could be half that’s a lot of money saved thanks for sharing the video
1050 is impressive, especially in black/cherry. I’ve never seen one in person. I’m a mostly Fendt 500 and 700 tractor series operation. I ordered my first 800 (828 to be exact) last year and it was the largest Fendt my dealer sold and is the largest Fendt in my area. I can’t imagine what it would be like to operate a 900 series let along 1000. Those are bigger boy toys lol. Nice video!
@@interessanteinhalte9580 I sold my 714, 722 and 724 S4 models for Gen 6’s… 718, 722 and 724. I had zero reliability issues, same with the 828. Though I’m pretty sure Fendt is going to drop the 800 series. I’ve since bought a 942 dual front/rear and a MT1167. I was glad to see the last of my Deere’s go (7290R and 8340RT). The 1167 is a huge upgrade over Deere (excluding HP) in every detail. I love Fendt, they are a total win for me… lowest maintenance cost, fuel, etc. The new cheaper built Deere’s today are no longer competition.
That is a gorgeous landscape for agriculture - a ludicrously picturesque farm. In Wisconsin, these would be "mountains," haha. Short growing season but the soil looks quality.
Douglas Oakley American tractors were always big solid work horses which were rock solid reliable and easy to fix untill roughly the early 90s with in my opinion nice styling, after that they started to get tinny and plasticy with overly complicated drive trains just like the European tractors and the styling OMG just look at this bloody Fendt thing, ugly as a hatfull of arseholes.
That was a great performance video, looks so good in that tires, the dark cherry is absolute awesome, it was time for Fendt to give options other than the old green and red wheels
Having the proper power makes all the difference!!! Having under powered equipment makes for a miserable day it really gets annoying using that kind of equipment!!! I know I do it everyday at work!!!
Cool video, epic tractor, although I prefer the standard colors. Those 1000s are deceptively large -- you need a side-by-side pic with, say, a 939 to really see how big they are! I was very critical of the 1050 in particular when they were introduced because its maximum ballasted weight worked out to well under 100 lbs/hp (low 90s as I recall) which is nowhere near enough for heavy draft work like tillage -- onboard tire pressure system or not, you can't beat basic physics. So it was nice to hear that Fendt eventually increased max laden weight to allow for over 50k lbs. It's still a touch light at that for heavy draft work, but that's really pushing the compaction envelope in terms of axle weight, so it's probably a good compromise. They certainly look like capable machines, but the price will keep lots of folks away! Those Goodyear LSWs are impressive. I'm curious to see how they do long-term. Some folks wouldn't run them for free just because of the name ("Good-for-a-year"), but it seems most people I've heard from who are running them are happy. More good content! Keep it up. :)
I have them on my 4955 1991 model year last of the exhaust through the centre of the hood model’s those wide Goodyears are the best tires ever made by anybody in my opinion !As far as the fendt tractors out here in Alberta central Alberta go’s every second farm has them .The black beautifies you name it there out here between Eckville RedDeer and Lacombe at about $650.000 Canadian dollars a pop but at $2000.00 an acre for canola it don’t take long too pay for them at all
BTP does a good job with the videos. But,.....I wish we could see and hear some video footage from inside the cabs, or operators platform, if it does not have a cab. To see what the operator sees, and to hear what the operator hears. This would help in making comparisons to other tractors or equipment that we may be researching to buy. Get the operators opinion on how well or bad the tractor, implement, and accessories work. What do they recommend or not recommend.
I've been in one of these. It's a beast of a machine. Imagine this and a stealth chaser bin working with a few stealth ideal combines. Now that wold look awesome. Great video as always BTP. 👏🏻🇮🇪
