Numeral '2' Starring in 2012 Display Set Arrives at the Times Square Visitor Center

Tim Tompkins, President of the Times Square Alliance and Jeffrey A. Straus, President of Countdown Entertainment -- co-organizers of Times Square 2012, lead the countdown to lighting a giant, seven-foot-tall numeral "2" that arrived into Times Square on December 21, 2011. The world-famous "2" will make the New Year complete in the "2-0-1-2" sign as the Times Square New Year's Eve Ball descends from high atop One Times Square on December 31, 2011.
