Int he beginning Itachi had time to observe while Naruto and Killer Bee got captured by Nagato. Comming to the conclusion that the eyes from the summonings are linked to him isn't a godlike feat after seeing they traced Killer Bee's movement and Nagato captured him without looking.

Whenever 1 path of pain died, they lost 1 ability and grew significantly weaker. Yet All six powers inside reanimated nagato, no significant weakness revealed and he is literally unbeatable, a GOD in 1v1 battle.

Koto Amatsukami is considered the most powerful genjutsu because it overwrites persons brain. It can alter or influence victims reality, experiences and memories, so you cannot break free of this jutsu like normal genjutsu and it's without victim even realising he's under control. You could just cast this jutsu on someone and literally tell them to kill themselves and they would do it.
Nagato def takes the edge for me in this. He’s so powerful he separated pains because he was so sure that he could take out the hidden leaf with splitting them up individually. Actually, to show Itachi as epic they nerfed Naruto and Killer bee. For instance, Itachi was able to block naruto's attacks. However, In sage mode, sixth pain was thrown away whenever naruto punched/kicked him. It's safe to say that naruto in his kyubi mode could easily kick the hell out of both nagato and itachi (even if they blocked it). This is not to say that Nagato isn't strong. But at the same time, he probably won't be able to defeat both bee and naruto.

No Itachi is still being reanimated, he is just not being under Kabuto control. So he is still can be release from jutsu. Remember that early in this episode, Itachi said that Shisui actually faked his death and disappeared after giving Itachi the mangekyou, who took the blame for Shisuis alleged death? Everything else except that information regarding Shisui's existence is a spoiler right now.
Koto Amatsukami is considered the most powerful genjutsu because it overwrites persons brain. It can alter or influence victims reality, experiences and memories, so you cannot break free of this jutsu like normal genjutsu and it's without victim even realising he's under control. You could just cast this jutsu on someone and literally tell them to kill themselves and they would do it.
Nagato def takes the edge for me in this. He’s so powerful he separated pains because he was so sure that he could take out the hidden leaf with splitting them up individually. He was so sure individual one justu pains could solo the strongest ninja in the leaf. He is so cool lowkey wish he ain’t die

Actually, to show Itachi as epic they nerfed Naruto and Killer bee.
For instance, Itachi was able to block naruto's attacks. However, In sage mode, sixth pain was thrown away whenever naruto punched/kicked him. It's safe to say that naruto in his kyubi mode could easily kick the hell out of both nagato and itachi (even if they blocked it).
This is not to say that Nagato isn't strong. But at the same time, he probably won't be able to defeat both bee and naruto.

Naruto and Bee had no way of destroying that meteor together. Itachi was their savior. Also, your argument about Naruto's strength is just absurd. The Pains were all meant to be pieces of one larger entity hence the different power types. Nagato had all those powers. The bodies were easily considered plastic robots with incredible jutsu. Jiraya's rasengans were obliterating some Pain bodies easily. And now think of of the fight 16 years ago in the show, the Minato vs "Madara" fight. Clearly as shown, Madara took a hit from a rasengan, and what happened? Did his body just shut down, adding on the fact he was caught off guard? So with that said, let's now say Nagato had approximately the same durability. Then how the hack does a rasengan of any type work? Let alone punches and kicks? Bee and Naruto both were caught and almost had their 8 and 9 tails extracted had it not been for Itachi. There is no defending the fact that had Itachi not been there, Naruto and Bee would have survived and won.

This here answers the question who is stronger between Itachi and Nagato. Itachi had no problems to hurt and seal him he's too OP with his Susano which is stated by Black Zetsu to be completely invincible. As a Edo he can use it continuous without side efffects meaning he is pratically untouchable.

No Itachi is still being reanimated, he is just not being under Kabuto control. So he is still can be release from jutsu. Also, no shisui is death, Itachi is just going to stop Kabuto, like he said at the end of the episode.
Also, You should play the Ninja Storm games after you finish the anime. The games also give you some more background info., like in Revolution, it show you how the current members join the Akatsuki, it also show the past members as well.

Dude, Shisui is dead. He killed himself after giving his eye to Itachi. It would have been cool if somehow lived, but that isn't the case. His role in the series was simply to instill the right values into Itachi.
That's a spoiler. The new knowledge we gained from these episodes is that Shisui disappeared after giving Itachi his Sharingan. We do not know at this point in the series if Shisui is alive or not.

He faked his death before he actually died . Danzo stole his eye after he faked his death.
He meant that Shisui made it look like he lost his eye a different way, so nobody knew itachi got it.
He faked his death to get away from Danzo, gave his eye to Itachi, then committed suicide as protest to the Uchiha's coup.
I know this is a common belief, as seen in this comment section, but this is factually a spoiler. Our current knowledge is that Shisui disappeared after faking his own death and giving Itachi his left eye. That's been stated in episode 298, the first episode of this reaction, by Itachi himself.
