It's better to interchange Left and Right horns. The opening portion of horn will go downwards and will not let water to get in. I'm using BOSCH fanfare from last 10 years on my bike. For better performance use an thicker wire for +ve supply from Battery. Have you think about back emf, it's better to use an MOSFET instead of relay. MOSFET comes with built in freewheeling diode, no need to add for particular horns. For relay operated it needs minimum 3 diodes.
