    WOW! This video is in "my backyard" because I am part Cherokee. Absolutely loved this video guys. Would love to have been there with you sweet people. I am participating in a craft show in WV, my home state, this week and, if things go well, again next month. Thank you so very much for this simply awesome video.

    Those are so much fun to go to. I live nearby Atmore in Alabama where the Creek Indians are known and every Thanksgiving and the Friday after they have Thanksgiving dinners, Native craft booths and competition dancing where other Native Indians come from out west to compete. Enjoyed the video! Always love to see you two. 😊

    Are you guys doing a video on all the festivals in Appalachia this fall?

    • @realappalachia
      @realappalachia  Рік тому

      We’ve kinda ran out of time to pull that off, unfortunately. We’ve had some personal situations that threw us off for a couple of months.

      @@realappalachia ok, thanks. Something that might help is just do a “short” if there’s something you guys are going to on the weekend just a few days before the event.

    That festival looks like a lot of fun. It reminds me of the annual festival that happens every year in October, at the Batsto Village State Historic Site, which is just over the river from here in Burlington County. It's called the Batsto Country Living Fair, and it's my favorite festival of the year. But there are no Indians there. Our local Indian Tribe, the Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape, is mostly in Cumberland County. They have an annual pow-wow at the Salem County fairgrounds, and it's open to the public. It happens in June every year. Unfortunately I have never been (yet).

      Certain people do certain things that you may not like ...( as i may not at times) but as soon as you start typing in on a phone or computer you must realise that the many bits and parts are made from mass mining in parts of the world that have destroyed huge amounts of the enviroment including forest and jungle and the many animal species that belong there, so while the animals killed for your phone or computer or smart technology may not be displayed - i asure you that it was a lot.
      We need to be careful when pointing the finger.
      Anyhoots..have a great day.
