It is Caveziel. Word of Promise did a great job casting talented actors for the entire Bible. Many past dramatized versions had pretty cheesy actors.

Chrome cast won't play these video with out skiping
I'm not sure why, nobody else has reported this. They play OK for me on my Chrome Browser.
Does your Chromecast have difficulty with any other videos you try to play? or just my ones?
Maybe if you try updating the software for the Chromecast, that might help, but I'm really not sure, sorry.

What does 'Raca' mean in verse 22?
Christ said in : Matthew 5 : 16 - 20, “Let your light so shine before men, so that they see your 'good works' and praise your Father who is in the heavens. 17, “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law (the Torah or the Prophets). I did not come to destroy but to complete. 18, “For truly, I say to you, till the heaven and the earth pass away, one jot or one tittle shall by no means pass from the Torah till all be done.
Note : ( has heaven and the earth pass away yet ?)
19, “Whoever, then, breaks one of the least of these commands, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the reign of the heavens; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the reign of the heavens.
20, “For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you shall by no means enter into the reign of the heavens.
Note : Christ tells us here in (Matt 5 : 20) that the scribes and Pharisees did not keep the laws of God (Yah) with all their hearts; called the Torah in the OT, instead they preferred to listen to the teachings, traditions (customs) of the Rabbis (men) written in their book called the 'Talmud', which is Not the Torah/Laws of Yah (God) written for us all to live by in the OT & the NT.
John 14 : 21, Christ said : He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.” John 14 : 24, Christ said : Whoever does not love Me does not keep My words. The word that you hear is not My own, but it is from the Father who sent Me.
1 John 2 : 3 - 5,
3, By this we can be sure that we have come to know Him (Christ): if we keep His commandments.
4, If anyone says, “I know Him,” but does not keep His commandments, he is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
5, But if anyone keeps His word, the love of God has been truly perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him :
1 John 2 : 7, Beloved, I am not writing to you a new commandment, but an old one, which you have had from the beginning (Torah). This commandment is the message you have heard.
Please don't throw away Yah's (God's) good and righteous Laws, given to us for good instruction and reproof unto repentance and a set apart holy life before God (Yah), also know that Christ our Saviour is the Word/Torah made flesh, please see :
(John 1 : 14 & 1 Tim 16 : 3).
Paul also upholds the God's Laws of the Torah & the Prophets of the (OT), please see :
(Acts 24 : 14-15 & Acts 25 : 7 - 8),
True Faith in Christ has good fruit/works : (see; Exodus 20 : 1-17),.. the scriptures tells us that Faith in Christ without works is dead,... James the brother of Christ asks us : can you show me your Faith in Christ without the good works/fruit in your life ? James goes on to say; "I can show you my Faith in Christ through my good fruit/works",..
To Love the Messiah Jesus (Yahusha) is to keep His commandments which come from the Father,.. and brings Him joy in us and good fruit,.. and for us blessing, please see : (James 2 : 17 & 26 & Duet 28 & 33).
I pray these scripture will be a blessing to you and others, to give you eyes to see and ears to hear the Truth of 'Christ's Words' which are above all other words, amen.
Jesus of Nazareth fulfilled the law and the prophet's
in this saying
You shall Love The Lord your God and Father with all your heart all your soul and all your strength #1
You shall Love your neighbor as you Love yourself #2
As you would desire one to treat you treat that one the same
Love does no ill or harm to his neighbor
