HEY Sweeties! I will be sharing my thoughts on the NEW KAYALI VANILLA CANDY ROCK SUGAR 42! I recorded this video 2 weeks ago and decided I wasn't going to upload it because I did not want to come off as negative about the fragrance but these are my honest opinions and why not share them? Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Still love the Kayali brand!

I wish I would have seen your review before I got the 100ml. Its not what I expected at all. That patchouli is so strong
Omg, thank you for this comment! I really expected this one to be a good blind buy and go straight for the 100ml too! Almost did the same with Vanilla Royale, but thankfully only went with the 10ml back then. I'll just get the 10ml for this one too, lol. It's always that dang patchouli!

Girl I have been waitingggg on your review! I knew if ANYONE was gonna give the realness it's you. And ngl I was hella disappointed and returned it. I was literally gonna comment i see a Mercari declutter in your future soon and no sooner did i type that you said im selling it! Knew it, we aint got time for mediocre!
I don't like this one either but I already threw the box away im glad I got the smallest container.

I absolutely LOVE it…especially the AMAZINNNNG fragrance journey it takes me on🥰🍭🍬🧁✨ It gives me ALL I need, SWEEEEET w/ elegance, very reminiscent of Silk Santal to me, as it’s drying down💓 I passed on Sparkling Lychee..a little too juvenile for me, but this NEW one is EVERYYYYYTHING!!💯 I immediately returned my 50 ml for a 100ml🏃🏽♀️💨

Second time Kayali had a "glitch"... First was with pistachio gelato. Starting to think it's on purpose 🤔
Definitely on purpose.
It wasn’t a glitch this time. She opened it up for sale until ‘sold out’ and announced it to those on the IG chat with a link but available for anyone who randomly came across it.
Huge disappointment in this fragrance. Finally someone who speaks the truth about it. I smell all the same things you are in this. I wanted white caramel, candy & VANILLA to STAND OUT & it doesn’t. I’m a true gourmand lover in fragrances but this isn’t it. I only liked it the 1st few seconds when sprayed. The dry down isn’t for me.
I agree, this perfume is a big disappointment … nothing special at all🥲

@@ilianegalaxy-pi7ew I have several sweet scents I layer. I literally get compliments all the time asking me what I’m wearing, as it smells so good. I use birthday cake body butter by Ancient Cosmetics, Vanille perfume by Outremer, Body Fantasies Cotton Candy, Vanilla perfume by Key West Aloe, Vanilla Bean Noel by Bath & Body Works Coconut Cream Pie body Mist & Christmas Cookies. I also just bought Kyse Delizia Di Marshmallow perfume I’m going to start adding to my combo. Make your own combo trust me it’s the best. I’ve been doing this pretty much all my life. 💖😉

Looks like I’m not missing out on anything when it comes to this fragrance almost every review I’ve seen so far people were saying it smells very similar to labelle
Yea I would say about 85%-90% the same for sure
Defo LB with a 45 second bubblegum opening. Mona kinda played us with the candy shop marketing on this. It's not gourmand imo

Thank you so much for being honest I will try it out when I get to the store but I do not think I am going to purchase it If it has a lot of pear notes because for some reason pear does not go well with my body chemistry 😩
I really love this one! I get all the sweet notes plus violet and jasmine but thankfully those don’t last long lol. Even on clothes it’s just the sweet notes 😂 shame it’s not the same for everyone because this is kayalis best scent by far ❤

Just because we’re on the same page, I’m following YOU!! Because I feel like most of these perfume connoisseurs are being dishonest about her whole line. In fact, I feel like it’s them trying to get in the pr list for free perfumes. Most of her fragrance have the same middle and base notes which disappoints me sooooo much.
I have learned from past experience that when Kayali releases a fragrance, that no matter what the marketing is saying, it's never a straight-up gourmand perfume. Some of their perfumes are definitely sweet, don't get me wrong, but they never go into full on gourmand. They have a certain DNA to their perfumes that prevents them from being a straight forward gourmand like Escapade Gourmand for example. I love my gourmands so I considered passing Vanilla Candy up knowing this, but I ended up buying the travel size knowing that it wasn't going to be a gourmand. I am getting the same thing you are from this one and I like it, but I don't love it. I was hoping it was sweeter. Thanks for the video!

Yeah, my experience with this fragrance was about the same. Not a bad smelling fragrance but just wasn’t what I expected not as “fru-fru lala” as I would have liked. And it didn’t last long on me either. Cutest bottle though
I’d get it just for the bottle it self not the smell 😭

I love pear and didn't smell ANY pear in Kayali Vanilla Candy Rock Sugar. I WISH I had smelled that instead of the one-note dry down. All I got in the beginning was bubblegum and some sugar. Then suddenly in 5 minutes it shot straight to Vanilla 28. (I HATE Vanilla 28). So I returned the travel spray I ordered when it was released. Huge let down.

All Im getting from this is a juicy candied pear kinda smells like Labelle little sister which is not bad and i like it but ima gourmand lover i was expecting vanilla sugar white caramel marshmallow and the patchouli could of just Been left out
I am glad I only bought the 10ml!!!There is no bubblegum,jellybean,marshmallow,sweet vanilla.....There is nothing sweet about this scent.I smell something slightly fruity and lots of flowers but I can't even distinguish witch fruit or flower.Disappoiting.
I was SO disappointed in that fragrance! Glad I only got 10 ml… it’s not at all what the name suggests, smells like LaBelle and on top of that IMO it actually smells like any other perfume at the drugstore, nothing that makes it special. I wore it twice then gave it away, I just knew I wouldn’t use it.
Kayali always has top notch marketing, but in my experience it never delivered. Never smells “extra”, or special, or high quality.
I expected something like Prada’s “Candy”, buuuut no. I’d love sth a bit more sophisticated that’s got the characteristics of “Candy”. Sth in between Candy and Baccarat Rouge.
Then again Kayali wouldn’t be the brand to deliver that, but one has hopes and dreams 😅

I returned my 100 ml bottle to Sephora due to the woodiness or patchouli notes. Yuck. ❤
My first time purchasing her perfume and i have to say this was a total let down!! Thank God i only got a travel size. Not impressed at all ! Smh
