Really love your channel, you are so humorous and yet thoughtful. Loved the part on hope and in another episode about reliving the young girl who had made a sampler years ago. We all need to reflect and be grateful, so much better than envious and bitter. 😊

Lmaooooo....the revenge patterns and haul, I am HERE for it 😂😂😂 lately I have had NO willpower to walk away from an awesome pattern or piece of fabric. Ima b havin alot of happy mail to hide from my husband soon😜 Like u said, I've lost all control 😂 I just want to stitch it ALL!!!

So mean!!! I want stitch all of those Halloween patterns😂. Seriously though, loved you talk about hope. I love to find patterns that are meaningful to friends and family to stitch and give to them as gifts. I just stitched a design from catkin and lillie of a jar of hearts for a coworker friend who loves hearts, who just recently had a kidney transplant. It was fun to stitch and surprise her with it.

I just got done watching your first video and absolutely loved it. You are a natural. It's like you have been doing videos for years. I would be so nervous. I love your wips an you are so innovative on how you're going to change them. I always remind myself to exercise. If you don't use your muscles, you'll loose them. I try to do something every day. It's that or end up in a wheelchair, blood clots, heart disease, diabetes. I know that's harsh, but it's fact. I can't wait for your next video.

Normally I can just make a note... but no, with you, I'm using my second monitor to pull up websites, etsy shops, all the things, filling carts, closing windows before I can fetch my credit card. I almost ordered some fabric! who am I? 😂 Love your message on hope. I have been teaching my girls (well, they're in their 40s but still) three things lately... Trust, believe, love. I'm always happy to help spend other people's money! ha, ha, ha! I like to dump tons of stuff in my shopping cart, and then go back and selectively take things out - it makes me feel like I'm so thrifty and "saving" money. 😀 I'm so glad my little chat on hope seems to have resonated with folks. Monk is the best. I have the DVD set - watched it multiple times. Did you see the new episode Mr. Monks Last Case on Peacock? It was very well done. My local library has some of the audio books and I have several of the novels. They're like getting bonus episodes. Happy stitching!
YES! That last movie was so good! I cried at the end. It felt like visiting long lost old friends. 🙂 I have a couple of the books but haven't read them yet. I need to go dig them out!

Found you through Pam and Steph. I subscribed right away. I also just purchased the Quacker Quaker thanks to you. Any chance you could suggest an other color than the white. When I stitch with white it never looks good. Thanks! Eagerly awaiting your next flosstube. 😊
Oh yeah, I avoid stitching in white too - I can never get the stitches to look right! Although if you use Sulky 12 weight thread, you only need one strand and it looks a lot better. Or you could use a lighter color, like a pale blue on green fabric or something. I need to ponder that too. I kind of want to start that pattern mayself ever since I filmed. I fell victim to my own video. ha, ha!
@@MatrixStitcher that’s a good idea. Do you know if there are more traditional colors for Quakers?
@@anoukmartin3624 it seems like I see a lot of quakers with either red, blue, or black thread. Any of those would look great on white or cream fabric. Or navy blue thread on light blue fabric would be really pretty!
