@@shirleywascom4901 Idk, this just came to the light a few months ago. At least with the feds and all. So maybe they're just crossing their T's and dotting their I's. I'm sure the feds are just connecting all the dots at this point. Gathering all the evidence to take before a judge and get arrest warrants for every single person involved with this. It is egregious for sure. So we'll see in the upcoming months, what becomes of this.

She had also cashed a $500,000.00 check. The Owner of the Check Cashing Business was arrested by the FBI for cashing that check and shut his Business down. Now, she is has cashed another check.
Where is the proof of the arrest? That check was deposited by the VENDOR. They are denying taking part in a no-bid contract, but they did it. I still can't find a shred of evidence that the check cashing place cashed that check. I think she got a kickback from the vendor.

THEN we got the equivalent to “City Girl Mayor” in Kwame Kilpatric. What a moron he was. He went to prison. The police chief died before anything happened to him. With him (Hart) when he died, they found over a million dollars in foreign solid gold coins in his rafters.

@@kelseybelle2732, typically most would agree with you, however this is probably an exception because one, she is not powerful enough to buy out judges and politicians, secondly, she has the FBI spotlight on her so bright now that there is very small chance they are going to ignore the corruption that even a high school crime student can uncover.

The bank should have rejected the check when it came in. They knew that two names and signatures are required. The check is invalid. If a business "cashed" the check, it would have been returned to him and he in turn would contact the mayor that the check was not honored. If the bank did honor it they are partly liable for damages.

The bank can be held accountable for cashing it. i know as a business person I have the same two signatures required and my bank will NOT cash them if both are not on it.

The document requiring two signatures for Dolton checks also clearly states checks can't be written without board approval. They never approved the checks, so isn't that a crime? What was that $562,000 for? Who cashed the checks made out to cash? I worked for a school district. A check for cash in any amount, needed public board approval..

Her reputation is emasculated to the point of eliminating her classification as a human being since her true character is now exposed to the world. Maybe the political castaways in Chicago will pickup and extend her reputation because it matches theirs.
