The only thing that gets me is how she dies. Hospitals have backup generators and life support machines have backup batteries to prevent exactly how she died. Other than this it's a really good anime. Oddly 7:52 shows one of the most accurate examples of a heartbeat on a ECG monitor I've ever seen in fiction.

Yes she's an ICU patient but that leads to my 2nd point. The staff. Even if the system failed, staff would still manually keep her breathing. (This has occurred in hospitals severely damaged during massive hurricanes.)

Also hints that her father had a company that may have built the game she was in and that it was created to give her a life besides tubes and hospital bed

I’m not sure if you’re actually aware of what happens in the rest of the series, but there have been other former players in this world for more than 10 years now. This wasn’t a sudden ‘yesterday this was a game, today it’s not’ situation, “yesterday”, when she arrived, the world was already real, and has been for years. Video game mechanics don’t really apply here, anymore

Her father was supposed to be the heir of the main family but he renounced it marry her mother. His brother, her uncle got the title. But he treats her just like this daughter. His daughter, her cousin and him visit her regularly. She's been in Leadale since it's beta stages and practically lived in that world because that's where she move. Opus is hinted to be a Leadale admin and was her teacher. He taught everything she knows, that's why her personality is brutal.

Can’t remember reading one way or another when I read the LN, so I don’t know if that was changed. But I do remember Opus was mentioned to definitely work for that company, and was more or less going around testing/confirming various quests, and other features, and this was known to the Guild both he and Cayna were a part of.

Alucard (or at least his Abridged version) is fun because he refuses to take anything seriously. Saitama is interesting for his struggles to find a decent match. Ainz is interesting because you want to see how far down the dark side rabbit hole he goes. And Rimiru is interesing because it does not just focus on him, I love watching what everyone else on his side can do. Kirito just seems to be able to do everything perfectly the first time and can do no wrong and all the girls love him, the only thing interesting in SAO are the sword fights.
See I have a problem with these types of isekai's The one's where the mc dies and wakes up in a video game. Or is summoned into a video game or something along those lines. They never explain how earthlings are able to get an accurate reading on the parallel world or why it exists in the first place.

Feels weird to find out that THIS is actually one of the progenitors of modern isekai. The web novel started in 2010, two years before Mushoku Tensei.
