Please help, what if the lid is stuck and won’t open, what should we do? It seems stuck

Hello Sv Lana,
there can be several reasons for this.
If the device cannot be opened by pressing the opening button (on top of the lid), there is an emergency opening option.
On the right side of the unit, there is a small hole, just above the release lever. A thin instrument can be inserted here (horizontally, from diagonally behind).
The magnetic lock can be opened by pulling it slightly forward, see picture attached.
Please check if the pin in the lid is still tightened, if it moves please fix it. Please also check the hinges of the lid on the rearside, if they are not tight anymore the lid can move and the pin of the lid doesn‘t release the magnetic lock anymore.
