I lived in Auburn and attended the University from 1990-1995. It just so happens that I visited there for the 1st time in over 20 years a few weeks ago. It blew my mind how much it had grown. I couldn’t believe all the multi-storied buildings they’ve built downtown. The completion of Shug Jordan Pkwy is amazing and has really helped it grow as well. For college kids, it’s a great environment and place to live but it’s definitely not a city for families. Just too many kids. It’s really set up to appeal to them and their entertainment needs. As an adult, I’d never live there.
We probably need to know more about you and what you’re used too because there is nothing to see here. Auburn is not a city. It’s barley a town. It is what i call a pop up with a great academic institution.
Good job 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Thanks a lot
I enjoyed watching this video. I am a Kenyan and I hope to visit Auburn one day
We live in Opelika, very well done video. Auburn is a great city. WAR EAGLE!

What about in the county as a whole? Are properties still above $250k?
I would plan to pay at least $200,000 for anything decent
