The mv is a metaphor for stage fright. There are 4 feelings, they disappear one by one until the pleasure remains. There are references to the film Black Knight and One Piece (Buggy mask and pirates).
I believe the intro video to the drop explains the deep meaning behind the MV which aligns so beautifully with the lyrics. Bookish Theories also explains this referencing the Prologue video as well. Some one explained that the big monsters are the personification of emotions like stage fright for the kids. Each scene represents a different emotion based off the Chinese symbol in each scene - Happy (bank scene), Angry (pirate scenes), Sad (domino scene) Joyful / Pleasure (Mad Max scene). These dissolve over the MV leaving the last as the main emotion. Most fans assume the band are the past child versions of stray kids coz there are 8 of them. The choreo ends with skz giving the I love you sign to the kids like saying I love you to their past selves.
The kanji title means “Rock” but also happiness/pleasure, pronounced “lock”. And the English title is LaLaLaLa which is a vocalization of music. The 3 monsters looming over the kids are also represented in the kanji on the one wall for anger, sadness, joy (also happiness) As the kids overcome their fear and other emotions, each monster disintegrates as does the corresponding kanji character until the monsters are gone and only the character for happiness/rock is left. The action in the video is all happening in the kids imaginations which is why the camera keeps zeroing back to the kids’ eyes. Their minds are reimagining different movie scenes (bank heist in “the Dark Knight”, Pirates of the Caribbean, Mad Max, etc) as them fighting off their stage fright and anxiety. And there are 8 little kids performing like there are 8 Stray Kids members. At the end it’s just them victorious over their fears because they followed the song’s meaning, let go of all the negative stuff, let the music take them over, and found happiness in that moment.
Sorry, I'm writing through a translator. I advise you to listen to 3racha's songs. 3racha rap division of Stray Kids, who also produce almost all the group’s songs.
Check out all Stray Kids reactions 😊 :
