There was no preggo Ink Sans or ship. Just because a shipchild is made doesn't mean it's canon unless the creator of the characters say otherwise.
Which both creators of Error and Ink are okay with people shipping it but they will not partake nor support it.
I would also like to mention that Ink is canonically aroace. And Error is not stable enough to handle being in a relationship.
