Breastfeeding, first time mom, how to increase milk supply, exclusively pumping, breastfeeding journey
0:03 You are so very beautiful. Omg
Your doing awesome! Remember doing things for yourself is good if it's only going for a run. Something. I'm ready for hair, asmr & Nail videos too. You both look so good ❤ he's too cute
I’m ready for it too!!! Lol I can’t wait to get back into it
You’re doing an amazing job. I’m a new mom too and I have to remind myself of that daily. At the end of the day, our babies are safe, loved and fed and that’s exactly our job 🤍 Sending hugs!
Yes thank you for the reminder 🤍🤍🤍
You are so worthy of all the praise and love from simply being a loving mom to your baby & family! Attentive. Caring. Women already go through so much. Baby daddies will never pump any ounces! Your body is phenomenal. Eres una CHINGONA Y PUNTO. Sending love from NC you already know, cant wait for the next vlog🫶🏼🤎🩵💕
Thank you so so much! 💗💗
Lots of water and latch the baby on the breast, reduce pumping. Rest and don’t stress!!
I can also relate to you about combo feeding. I had to start combo feeding at 6 months postpartum. One of the hardest things of done and feelings of guilt came up for me. Thank you for sharing 💕✨
So excited to see you back at it, I missed you!! 💟
I’ve had 4 kids and it has been different with each one. For the last 2 i just relaxed about it bc like you said you’re body is going to do what it’s supposed to do and you shouldn’t be hard on yourself if you don’t have a lot. Fed is best 🫶🏽 i drank a lot of water, the yeast in beer helped and not worrying about it honestly. 💕 you got this 👌🏽🙏🏾
I would say try to latch at least once a day. When I went back to work my milk supply dropped and I made sure that everyday when I got home I would nurse so that my body would recognize that I am feeding a baby and not always on a pump. Also drink Lots of water, or body armour drinks. And of course don’t stress yourself out with this because you still are producing and providing! The stress will reduce milk more. I have two videos on breastfeeding/pumping that may help!
Beautiful
Thank you!
0:21 I’d rather be in New York too!!! Lol 🥰💕
First all you are doing a great job mama! The more the baby latches the more it will increase your milk supply. Cluster feeding helps so much. But if you are exclusively pumping. Lots of water and liquid IV and power pumping.
Thanks for the tips!
I don’t want to be rude or intrusive but do you think pumping and not nursing could play a role in the milk supply?
Sure it might, but the problem we were having from the start was latching. That’s why I switched to exclusively pumping. It might be too late to try and latch him again
@@YalianaEnid Oh okay I wish you the best, you got this ❤️
Love all things Amish or Mennonite lol. I’m not a mom but I asked the question to some nutrition colleagues and it sounds like including minerals is the common response. My assumption on why this is the common response is because the pituitary gland is one of the main organs involved in lactation and the pituitary is apart of the endocrine system which is where all our hormones come from. One of the best ways to support the endocrine system is mineral balance (along with proper hydration, blood sugar balance, nutrient dense foods, etc.). Sorry if that’s too much info lol it helps me understand the why because there’s so much info out there, you neverrr know what to listen to. Praying for you! 🫶🏽
Thank you!! This makes sense to me. And yes there’s is soo much info and sometimes contradicting so it hates to know what’s best.
Sent you a msg on FB 🫶🏼 you are doing amazing!
