If you're going to talk about equality and justice so much, show the same energy for your trans students.
They have made it practically impossible to change your name on uni systems, meaning trans students get dead named constantly, even when their legal name has changed.
There are several transphobic lecturers, one of which did an anti-trans talk which was approved and advertised by the University.
Don't jump on the "woke" trend if you're not actually doing anything to help those that are oppressed
