Usually it's because mediums or people that dabble with the spirits are prone to get hurt by demons and negative energy much more then normal empaths or childeren their third eye is open so it's a open gate for the spirits.

Having spent the night here before, especially as someone who is sensitive to energies, the energy here was overall very peaceful. Most of the spirits there are innocent victims of their circumstances, but there are definitely negative entities that wander. There’s a spirit in the basement of the Rockwell building that isn’t friendly, and a doctor in the basement of the Mayflower building who isn’t negative but also isn’t kind. Coolest experience of my life.
Elton definitely has a bad spirit attached to him. Corey still has the shadow man with him. Corbin is a very good clairvoyant and he just doesn’t know it yet. Brandon seems very open and pure.
I felt like she knew, the look in her eye and the way she was looking at Elton looked like she was really concerned about him, the others, and herself during the seance. Especially since one of the voices said: "It's the devil.". Plus the "Elton", "It's him" leading up to that showed that he has messed with something evil and plus the fact that it said that Corey had f***ed up. I felt like the women should have left if she wanted to because she seemed like she didn't want to be involved with something evil.
Elton does have respect for the spirits, he just likes to catch things on camera. As someone who isn't a medium but does have some sort of ability to see spirits and feel their energies, Elton provokes the spirits for the camera. He respects them but I mean, he has to make money so he has to be the brave one.

It was a wonderful night I loved teaching how to show respect to your location. No I was not afraid of the “devil” I felt it was my time to leave. The activity was picking up and the seance helped them. Yes there was energy with the group no it was not negative. Yes he has his connections

I feel like Elton isn’t the devil or anything. The spirits call him the devil because he’s always taunting them, disrespecting them and their homes. He’s just not always nice and tries to provoke them or he’ll call on evil entities cuz he wants to see shit so the spirits don’t really like him. He needs to apologize to them. He invited unwanted guests to their resting place by bringing evil things to the locations.
I have commented on this particular subject and I do extremely feel like he is going to far and he is in danger but I also feel like this is also how he is the only Spectic the whole time

about the seance lady talking about spirits taking energy, i want to point out it cant hurt you, like literally pull your life force out. In korea there are demons and even people with abilities that can suck a persons "gi", basicaly their chi or life force depending on the culture. you can tell when someone has this ability when they start having a relationship with someone, the spouse will start to lose wait, get sicker, eventually die much younger, while their partner tends to remain healthy. most of the time its unintentional as the person with the ability doesnt know they have it, but i say most of time cuz there are definetly things that do it with full intent

Having spent the night here before, especially as someone who is sensitive to energies, the energy here was overall very peaceful. Most of the spirits there are innocent victims of their circumstances, but there are definitely negative entities that wander. There’s a spirit in the basement of the Rockwell building that isn’t friendly, and a doctor in the basement of the Mayflower building who isn’t negative but also isn’t kind. Coolest experience of my life.
Elton definitely has a bad spirit attached to him.

Corbin is a very good clairvoyant and he just doesn’t know it yet.

I felt like she knew, the look in her eye and the way she was looking at Elton looked like she was really concerned about him, the others, and herself during the seance. Especially since one of the voices said: "It's the devil.". Plus the "Elton", "It's him" leading up to that showed that he has messed with something evil and plus the fact that it said that Corey had f***ed up. I felt like the women should have left if she wanted to because she seemed like she didn't want to be involved with something evil.

As someone who isn't a medium but does have some sort of ability to see spirits and feel their energies, Elton provokes the spirits for the camera. He respects them but I mean, he has to make money so he has to be the brave one.
