@@BrolgaMinogue what do you know about studios? She sounds fine and is using a 30k mic in her studio and has been in the business for decades. She's not doing anything wrong--unless you can actually articulate what she's doing wrong and what you'd do better? Come on. Weird flex.
Thanks for the review of Kylie! I agree, she has a voice that is so unique and mesmerising and I believe has gotten better with age. She has around 16 albums but the funny thing is, each time she releases an album she releases to UA-cam the unreleased songs. With Tension there are about 13 songs released to UA-cam I have counted so far and most of them could be #1 songs in their own right! You have a listen to Drum or Electric just to name 2. She even embarked on an Anti Tour in 2009 where she toured Australia and UK doing small venue concerts which were all sold out. She sang her unreleased songs in the main. I was flabbergasted to hear people in the crowd singing along with her to songs which were never played on radio and were not album songs. She now carries a suitcase around with her that opens up to be a sound studio. When she received the demo of Padam Padam she immediately recorded it on her sound system in her room and that was it. #1 in many countries as it went viral on TikTok. Unfortunately like Madonna, many of the radio stations are ageist and if they played her songs she would have many many hits. Tension album has so many songs that could have been #1s. Including Tension. But the radio stations won't play them! Such a shame! In 2018 she released a crossover Country album, Golden which was #1 in Australia, UK and some parts of Europe. All songs were written by Kylie and she recorded most herself on her sound system. The lady is a marvel and can do mostly anything, act, record, write, produce and sing in many genres. Rock, indie, pop, country, rap, and so much more. I believe she is a genius and at 56 to be still recording #1 songs and have #1 albums is just mind boggling to me. She had been given the lifetime residency at Voltaire in Vegas as she had sold out performances for 6 months. You got to review her Fever Concert in 2002. It is a masterpiece and is so ahead of her time. She appears in a Spacesuit. Absolutely amazing! She also does a medley called the Crying Game! It also is a masterpiece of music art! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
G'day guys.....I'm new to your channel......I'm a Massive fan of KYLIE......she just has that diamond.....and also Hipnotzies you.....she is star quality everytime......love Her so deeply......she is an icon.....and I'm so proud she is from my home town Melbourne...... bloody hell.....you got your work cut out......all the way back to 1987. Lol even before that our Kylie... Was on tv on a number of shows at age 5.....❤❤so I'm ready for this greatest iconic journey with you both. Happy days 🎈🎉🎉
I would try “Light Years” album first but “Tension” is a great album. “Disco” is also brilliant, as is “Golden” and “Aphrodite” and “X”. Most of them are fab. The 80’s stuff is VERY 80s though :)
Definitely check out her Tension album where this song is from. Her Disco album is also fabulous! also her first album was in the 80s! I love the excitement to start from the beginning though!
This song is very very mystical and mysterious. It puts you into deep thought. Its somewhat of a time travel for me and makes me ponder open the past. Her uttering "I know you wanna take me home" is the pinnacle point of the song - the climax point. It takes you to the clouds. You could get high on this track without any illegal substances I think. It is a fantastic track. The basic yet intoxicating dance moves are captivating. Like many, I never took her seriously when she began singing. Even throughout the nineties, I liked some of her tracks but never enough to go to her concerts. It wasn't until I discovered her aphrodite concert and tracks that I seriously started listening to and became upset for missing out on her Aphrodite concert here in Australia and her X concert. But I won't be missing out any longer as I have her Tension Tour concert tickets for February next year. Tell me what you think about these remixes. I think its exceptional. Ina Wroldsen wrote this bop. She also wrote Rockabye that was a HUGE hit a few years ago and How deep is your love by Calvin Harris. She is also a brilliant singer with many great songs, especially Mother, Strongest and Father's eyes❤️
If you listen to the album please don't forget the bonus tracks "just imagine", "somebody to love", "Heavenly boy" and "drum" All some of the best songs of the album i think! 😊
I really think you should start at the beginning so you can see how she grows from a completely manufactured artist to a fully fledged pop icon, her first two albums are very sugary but she really finds her feet with her third album (rhythm of Love 1990) which was the time she had a relationship with Micheal Hutchense.
I was so glad you decided to play it again cause how could you take it all in if your talking all over it throughout? But you kept on talking. You should srart at the beginning when she was a teen signed by British label pwl ran by three guys stock, atkin and Waterman.theyvwete calked the hit factory. She was manufactured then. You will see her grow have her own in put and try different styles.
Why are you TALKING all the time instead of actually LISTENING? Sorry, that's annoying 🙄 I love Kylie, but you don't do her justice. Maybe I'm spoilt by other reaction channels ;-)
Kylie debut, you should do her albums chronologically, you'll get to see her growth. Incredible artist. 90s Kylie is something else.
Yes you should do this
She’s now mastered the art of engineering and production of her own vocals so that’s all her on Padam Padam
yeah it was cute during covid... but now we get my oh my *cringe*.. she needs to stop the bad recording and go back into a proper studio.
@@BrolgaMinogueA fake Kylie fan bitching

OTK is talking about Say Something that "touches" her in a way. I feel the same with "Somebody to Love" by Kylie
Kylie Minogue ❤️❤️❤️
Fantastic reaction video 👍
Omg that will be awesome
If you go back to 1987…I’m subscribing 😂
There is a longer version of this song. It’s a little over 4:00 minutes long. Has the extended video for it as well.
Can you start with the Tension album
Start at the beginning so you can see how she has changed and remained relevant over 4 decades!
2:50... I 100% AGREE WITH YOU 😮
she's the queen of backing tracks and backing vocals
Please react to All the Lovers, Put Yourself in my Place, Love at first sight, Slow and so many more classic songs
