Why would it be underrated? A lot of ppl love it, I love it, too (even though the lyrics are not so great imho). They even made a version of it with Kiske on vocals. They play it live to this day.

I was 13 years old when this EP was released. The first time I listened to this was because of a friend, he had the LP, I remember all the writings were in german. "Made in West Germany" I remember it said too

Fucker Records/Santo André, Sessão Rockambole/FM97, Metal Discos/Santo André, Spatz Discos/Santo André, Comando Metal/89FM, Rock Brigade, Woodstock Discos...eram as portas de entrada dessas maravilhas. Vida longa ao Metal!!! Vida longa ao Helloween!!! Adolescência, época de descobertas, de início no metal...Muito bom!!!
They've certainly got an incredible bassist, not to mention those awesome vocals and the way the riffs sound along side them.

@@patmerc1457 Kai is back and seeing him singing Ride The Sky and some other songs along with the singers from other albums made for quite the memorable show.
@@patmerc1457 It was Kai's decision to hire a lead singer, he wanted to focus on his guitar playing more.
I liked Kiske's vocals and yes they sounded more... professional, but in my opinion Kai Hansen's voice gave a more mystical tone and feeling to Helloween's songs.

The best of Helloween, this and walls of Jericho. Kai Hansen is the apropraite singer for this band. They mix Judas Priest and Iron Maiden, give them a litlle more speedy and create something great.

А Кинга Даймонда вообще, огонь. Он ещё посещает "Сатанинскую церковь Антона Шендора Лавея". Вот этот дебютник (по тематике) еще можно слушать. Кстати, при написании "Warrior" были под влиянием "Iron maiden-Killer's". А вот уже, в 1988 году, Рольф Каспарек при написании супер-хита " , наверное под этим влиянием был

As an 80s metal kid, I only knew Seven Keys because of Headbanger's Ball (Kevin Seal!). And am only now hearing this. Fucking badass. Iron Maiden meets thrash.
All this Keeper-things are Bullshit if you hear this first Album of Helloween.

This Ep is trully a masterpeace. If they had thought better, and added "Oernst of Life" and "Metal Invaders" (Studio Version), this would have been easly, another Helloween Godly album.
