Will be nice if you do another tour , showing the 2 principal streets of that little town , because 27 years ago The entire Tisma was only 2 rods , fulls of soil holes, and grass , will be nice to see more , because theses are the Streets who have hold full of history, with houses from more than 150 years olds , and for what I saw , the houses still there , olds but in good condition . A good documentary will be a good way to see , and learn more about Tisma , don’t you think 🤔💭

Tisma is only fun when you're a kid, have money, and no technology.
Its fun when your a kid because all the other kids come out to play all over this small village. Hide and seek, tag, what ever it is. It is so easy to make friends here since everyone is very engaging and talkative.
The whole village is decent size where you can walk end to end. It is just two major streets.
You need money to be worry free here. No money, sorry hun - get to work. I've noticed that every modern house there came from people who migrated to developed countries. Mainly from USA and maybe Spain. All the old cinderblock houses haven't migrated yet - so those people are in poverty. In general, poverty cities like this one tend to have people migrating to USA. One thing leads to another, once one sees the money being made in USA, the rest wanna go. This village will later be known as little America - against the Nicaraguan dictators wishes.
If you notice at 5:04, that was the first two story home in that village. The first modernized home with air conditioner, closed ceiling, actual windows, water heater, actual bathroom, flat screens, and such. This is the house that led the way. Now it's competition. Those migrants now Americans are happily living like standards in USA and living like kings in Tisma.
Technology kind of came late here because Nicaragua isn't very developed but it's slowly getting there. Technology was too expensive for these folks that they didn't really know what an HTC thunderbolt from Verizon was at the time. Nobody really were on their phones. And that's what made this place so different and alive. People were out talking, everyone knew each other.
Today, technology is coming easier and cheaper for them that when I came back people were staying inside more. Less people were out and about. This sucks because this isn't what I'd want for Tisma. Tisma is a big social playground and I miss seeing all the people out in the park and in the streets.
