When Kabir finally began singing, I was disappointed that he was singing in my language, English. I really liked his delivery with such a gentle singing style. I was relieved when he began singing in what I assume is his language which I cannot identify, but I appreciated hearing how the words sounded. I love the songs Dylan wrote in his early days from his first album through his seventh, Blonde on Blonde. I enjoy some songs more than others, and Farewell, Angelia, is one of those.
The Language is Bangla (or Bengali as per the anglicised version of the term.) It's the language of Bangalee people who mainly live in West Bengal and Tripura states of India and the country of Bangladesh.
