@@rihana_1604 I can tell that they're divorced. I just didn't think that there was any need to add the "ex-" to it. And if you ask me, that's just despicable, especially when you realize how loving of a father Tamaru really is. 😠
I like how this anime doesn't point out the obvious. If Temaru hadn't sent his son back home right away it's all too likely his ex would have called the authorities and accused him of wrongdoing. It could have gotten pretty bad and traumatic for the kids involved if the ex had gone that route. It's pretty clear she's keeping her son at more than an arm's length away from his father.
But, could he at least give his son a hug..a hug and an explanation. Maybe he won't get it now but it may be something for the aon to hold on and help his development (?)
@@ann07ps49 maybe. I always saw it as Temaru just committing to tough love and not wanting to give his son validation for sneaking out without telling his mom where he was going. Yuta his cry at the end feels real. That’s the type of face someone makes when trying to stay strong and hold in your tears, but at the end doesn’t manage to keep in the sadness at that given moment. It really shows his emotions. The way Yuta presses his lips together and managed to keep in his tears at bay until his father said those words at the end is incredibly emotionally realistic! Of course, I’m not saying everyone would react like Yuta.
