Otherwise, they tend to have some pretty dimorphic traits like large browbone, for example. I also think height in India doesn't adjust for the typical Indian diet, which is pretty unhealthy.

Best advice is eat good foods that provide you vitamins like vitamin K2 and focus on getting the nutrition you need for getting as tall as possible. THe indian accent which you might be reffering to is probably from the one which you see from western media, or from a rural part of India, where they learn english later in life and are unable to get rid of the accent, however, the newer, urban indians do not have that accent, but rather have more of the british and softer tone to their voice.
