The strongest spiritual influence in my life was my high school political science teacher who was an avid Christian and who was the first person to expose us to the Book of Revelations .Long ago but the influence was strong and still a rutter for me . Pastor Jack has the same influence for me-intelligent,pleasant,supportive, honest and a strong teacher of THE FAITH. Thank you Pastor for being there and keeping us spiritually grounded.
I remember the year when our Homeroom Class teacher told us that we were no longer supposed to read the Bible or pray any more in our class. I also remember our teacher taking out his Bible & reading from the Psalms before classes started no matter what. He could have lost his job (this was in the early 70's). Thank you for teaching the whole Bible & helping us to depend on our Lord. I have grown under your teachings. Thanks

I was at the WTC financial center which was attached to the WTC I left early which is not like me. I went t 2 funerals my husbands cousin died in the WTC and so did a friend,. I was a crisis counselor for the Billy Graham ministries for a few months.

About Forty-Eight days ago at the end of one of pastor Jack's sermons he said father Jesus I ask you to heal the pain of the people listening to this sermon,, instantly my crippling pain of 30 years was healed by our Heavenly Father Jesus. Now I ask for my eyes to be healed because I know our heavenly father will do it. Blood vessels ruptured in my left eye just as my back pain I have been praying for our father to heal it. Remember when two or more gather in my name. I asked everybody out there to pray to our father Jesus to heal my eyes because I know he will do it. I was praying alone for my pain. I learned a tough lesson. So I asked you pastor Jack and all the people who read this to pray that our father heels my eyes. Amen

Thank you for this. So true. I recently returned to church after a 10 year absence (due to my own foolishness). If ever there was a time for our nation's churches to be in earnest prayer it is right now. But in my recent visits to services in my area, everything is just business as usual and I feel no sense of urgency at all on the part of the church concerning what's happening in our nation. If ever there was a time for prayer without ceasing, it's now. Thankful that CCCH understands the urgency of the times we're in.
BTW.... My Father was a chief electrical engineer for NASA and was there when the 3 astronauts burned. He told me before he went to be with the Lord that what they said caused the fire was not what really happened. I could literally listen to you talk ALL day. I was amazed when you said there is no genealogy regarding alcoholism. I have ALWAYS thought there was. My ex is a “functioning” alcoholic and every single child he has, which is 4, between 3 different wives, all have alcohol problems. One of them being my son. My son spent most of his time with me when we got divorced and I NEVER drank in front of him. In fact, I never drank, it disgusts me. But he certainly has a problem. I will be forwarding this to my son and ask him to listen, don’t know if he will or not. I send him your Sunday service every Sunday, but I don’t know if he watches. I pray he does. BUT anyway, I always thought there was a connection with alcohol and passing it down through genes. You really straightened me out and I thank you for that! My parents were brought up in the hillbilly ozarks in the 30s / 40s. They did not go to church but they grew up surrounded by church values. They had a bible in our home, tho they werent Christians... I, the daughter came to Jesus very early in spite of this. I led them to Jesus as a person. But their morals were as Christian as any church going believer...because they were surrounded by a living morality of church doctrine in the 30s. We are affected by the spirit of the time that surrounds us. Oh, and that bible in our home? I was a very precocious child, reading by age 4. That King James Bible had a very "mystical" draw on me. I was reading it by 5 and I got it! So even tho my parents werent Christians, the spirit of the time THEY grew up in and their actions brought me to Jesus. And eventually, them. So yes, we are affected by our surroundings...all you have to do is look around today to see that is still true. And in this case it is sad.

BUT FAILED IN TRULY REPENTING OF SIN & CALLING OUT TO JESUS for forgiveness and acceptance . . . . surrendering to HIS ATONING WORK ON THE CROSS!! 👇🔥 It is one reason many "Christians" struggle & fall when trials occur; or easily surrender to SIN - Jesus is not known Or ...... they never had a reverential FEAR OF GOD or a clear understanding of SIN & how GOD views it. Why LORD❓ Why Lord are you silent when I am calling for you? Why Lord do you not intervene and help me when I cry out? Why Lord must I suffer when I have done all you have asked? Common questions, and obstacles that many Believers & Non-believers ask. The answers can be difficult to find and even to understand 😕 But.... the level of ones faith can help with understanding 'WHY GOD'. Faith built on the sand is only solid until the sand shifts - when trials and tribulation comes, that faith goes on a roller coaster ride of human emotions, feelings, beliefs. Many profess a faith in GOD, but have failed to surrender their lives over to Jesus. Many know of Jesus, and can even quote scripture - yet they rely on their own "goodness", and therefore fail to understand the depth of SIN - especially their own SIN. They have basically replaced what Jesus did on the cross & His resurrection - with their own works, attempting to earn God's favor by the life they live. But.... when one looks at God's moral laws (the 10 commandments - they will see continuous failure at being as good as GOD commands) So to understand 'WHY GOD' requires: 1. Knowing who GOD is (not the gods of the world, that many create and place in a box) ... but the GOD of the Holy Bible. The GOD who is 👉Holy, Just, Merciful, Forgiving, and Loving (it is why HE gave us Jesus) 2. Knowing what SIN is, and its disastrous consequences and continuous attacks against the flesh .... that SIN is always present, and is everywhere. 3. Comprehending and accepting the "works" & "goodness" that JESUS did, so we didn't have to. Understanding who JESUS is and why He endured what he did. ♦️ KNOWING WE CAN NOT REPLACE THE ATONING WORKS OF JESUS, who came DIRECTLY from Heaven to Earth ♡ God in the flesh!!! If someone claims a faith in JESUS, yet still talks of their own "goodness" .... they may never have truly accepted (CALLED UPON) JESUS: they are still attempting to earn their own way - they have devalued SIN and the price JESUS paid for them. .... They do not understand how serious SIN is to GOD. When ones faith is REAL & STRONG, built on the ROCK _ the firm foundation of JESUS CHRIST.... ● they wait patiently on GOD, ● they realize there is a bigger picture that goes beyond what they can physically see & know ● their prayers are without hesitation or doubt ● they believe that whatever happens it is in GOD'S plans & His Will .... for Divine reasons ● they listen intently to the Holy Spirit; and they watch for any and all (no matter how insignificant) indications of GOD at work in answering them. Even the most seasoned Christian can struggle with 'WHY GOD' ... but it is typically short lived as they resume a quiet, earnest, trusting relationship with their Savior!! God has also provided us HELP (a way to find answers & endure) through all situations - with: HIS WORD❣ & HIS SON❣

So to understand 'WHY GOD' requires:
1. Knowing who GOD is (not the gods of the world, that many create and place in a box) ... but the GOD of the Holy Bible. The GOD who is
👉Holy, Just, Merciful, Forgiving, and Loving (it is why HE gave us Jesus)
2. Knowing what SIN is, and its disastrous consequences and continuous attacks against the flesh .... that SIN is always present, and is everywhere.
3. Comprehending and accepting the "works" & "goodness" that JESUS did, so we didn't have to. Understanding who JESUS is and why He endured what he did.
♦️ KNOWING WE CAN NOT REPLACE THE ATONING WORKS OF JESUS, who came DIRECTLY from Heaven to Earth ♡ God in the flesh!!!
If someone claims a faith in JESUS, yet still talks of their own "goodness" ....
they may never have truly accepted (CALLED UPON) JESUS: they are still attempting to earn their own way - they have devalued SIN and the price JESUS paid for them. ....
They do not understand how serious SIN is to GOD.
When ones faith is REAL & STRONG, built on the ROCK _ the firm foundation of JESUS CHRIST....
● they wait patiently on GOD,
● they realize there is a bigger picture that goes beyond what they can physically see & know
● their prayers are without hesitation or doubt
● they believe that whatever happens it is in GOD'S plans & His Will .... for Divine reasons
● they listen intently to the Holy Spirit; and they watch for any and all (no matter how insignificant) indications of GOD at work in answering them.
Even the most seasoned Christian can struggle with 'WHY GOD' ... but it is typically short lived as they resume a quiet, earnest, trusting relationship with their Savior!!
God has also provided us HELP (a way to find answers & endure) through all situations - with:
