It is Babi Guling😍 i've been in Bali for 3 years and Babi Guling is still my number one Balinese food❤ Usually served with rice, the Babi Guling (that one the chef was cutting), Lawar (Balinese side-dish vegetables), Urutan (Balinese traditional pork sausage, this one is sooo delicious), Pork Satay with Balinese spices, Kulit (the crispy pig's outer skin). If you ever travelled to Bali, make sure you taste the Babi Guling and also Ayam Betutu❤❤❤❤
