Local football is terrible. As a graduate of Cardinal Dougherty HS class of ‘84 I am watching the decline of Philly football. The Public League is a joke, the Catholic league is terrible except for LaSalle and the Prep. In the suburbs , the SOL isn’t much better.
You are obviously out of the loop! The Philly Public league/Catholic leagues have never been better. If you can’t name a player/coach in this decade for these programs you’re just chatting. What about this game warranted such an ignorant comment from you? Simmer down and enjoy the tape. Mr.1984 Dougherty graduate. Lol tf
Kids these days are soft and programs like Prep teach and bring in kids that want to succeed. If you noticed Prep players did not celebrate after doing their job like a sack but did after the job was done on every score. On the other hand Imhotep celebrated after every down even though they where done 28 points and more. Do you job and then you can celebrate.
@@MarsFolk Not true. They may make it to the Public League 6A final and advance but they still have to face either of the Catholic leagues top 2 teams: LaSalle or Prep. Good Luck!
@@80.babiee why does HBCUs have white student-athletes in their programs? Why does PWIs have black starting QBs in their programs? Does it matter? The kid has played with black kids his whole youth career. What difference does it make? Obviously he’s good enough the earn that position and attend a predominantly black school. Imhotep has won state championships with white coaches on staff too. Does it matter?
@@marcg6883 nope. QB1 is too prominent of a position to sacrifice in our neighborhoods and schools. Nope. Not trying to empathize with others before we take care of our own.
@ yeah you live in a bubble beloved. that’s like saying a black kid can’t QB play for a predominantly white team. says a lot about Imhotep as a school and community that we accept diversity and those that want to be apart of the fabric of an African-centered education as well as compete athletically.
This matchup been due and should have been happening since 2013!! 💯
Egyptians VS Catholics
Pharaohs vs. Saints!
The kangz vs the Prep.

the last 5-7 years of Philly HS football produced the most D1 & pro players the city has even seen.

Why does a Hotep school have a white quarterback? They don’t have no brown boys with arms in Uptown?

I can honestly say i dont think either of these team's stand a chance against downingtown west
Yeah, you're definitely on that Kensington Beach sht. Both teams and LaSalle would put strap to Downingtown West backside. Put the house on it.
😂😂😂😂And you just won the dumbest comment award
😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@smithbyron527 come back to this dumb ass comment when Downingtown get sent back home. goofy!!!
@@marcg6883you do know the prep play a national schedule every year. Imhotep will cook Downingtown too.
