Bradley Neil Sipaun the piston has to enlarge the 4 holes so that the oil passes faster, and the intermediate washer of the 2 transparent seals must be reduced in thickness so that the stem does not get so much friction when going up and down. The thickness is reduced by sanding with a fine sandpaper and oil. You have to leave the thickness at 21mm.
