It's funny how pups looks nothing like grown german shephard, except for fur color. You get this little noisy cute furball, and suddenly it turns into something that looks like young deer, and then finally adult german shephard.

Mine just turned 1. I miss this puppy stage, but he's an amazing dog. Much much different in temperament than any other dog I've ever had. Can be very head strong and stubborn, but extremely loyal and they will follow you everywhere.
Five years later. Hopefully you and Sheba are doing well! My Shepherd turned Nine this year.

I knew I shouldn't have watched this video....but I'm glad I did. I live in an apartment and we aren't allowed to have pets. Just seeing that puppy laying in his arms put a HUGE smile on my face. My family had four German Shepherds (at various times) during my childhood. I just think they are the best dogs in the world! I'm going to save this video as one of my favorites' -- that way when I'm having a rough day I can view this video and immediately feel a whole lot better.

My 7 year old GSD is called Sheba. I got her from a rescue home when she was a year old and it was the best thing I ever did.
Everyone calls her "dog-opotamus" because she wallows in mud whenever she finds it.
