One of the best things to do in Xenoverse would probably be to put full points into stamina, get a 5 star stamina QQ bang, and then use fighting pose A (I think that's the one) then the damage done to you is redirected to your stamina for a little bit. Although this does run the risk of being stamina broke quite swiftly.
