I don't live near a port and have never been able to watch shipping like this. I'm glad I came across your videos. I like your shooting and your editing. You convey the hugeness and keep the operations interesting to watch. I look forward to seeing some more.

I do like the way you zoom in so we can make out the names of all the ships.

I can see that the pure amount off containers on the cargo ships is not the same as in Your earlier videos. Economy simply suck, the shipping owners of big ships must feel the pinch. Order of 16000 to 18000 containers max for the big BOY's, and only pushing 1/4 possible cargo,- hurts. Less traffic too. Great video Fred. TH

Wonderful view of the Mette Maersk looming up out of the mist. Why did Maersk McKinney Moller get a ceremonial welcome? It's surely not her first arrival at Rotterdam. And what were those people doing up the mast?

    Hallo Fred,
    Welke lens gebruik je?
Ik bedoel in mm (24-70 of 70-200)?
Van je video's geniet ik volop. Ik kijk alweer uit naar nieuwe video's. 👍

    Hey Fred, nice video.
One question, from which place do you take your videos? Because I'll come to Hoek van Holland soon and I want to take some nice photos.

+Luca Spurtzem Hi Luca, Usualy I am on the other side of the river, where you have the sun in your back. That is if the sun shines at all :-) There is a small very in the Hoek van Holland harbour that brings you to several spots at the other side of the river. Have a nice time in Hoek van Holland.

+Ben Clark Maybe Ben, not sure. Shipspotting is not my nr. 1 priority at the moment. There will be some video's in 2016. I don't yet how many and when. Sorry I have no better news.
