I've used Avery template site for my Tupperware and Avon business. So, what you want to do first is simply buy the labels that best "fits" your Ziplock bag or whatever you're putting your sample in. Second, enter the Avery code listed on the box/envelope of your labels. Once that's done, Avery template page will give you a choice to print on long or wide labels so it tells your printer which way to print it. Second it will let you design the text, font, color of text, placement, etc. It's extremely user-friendly. I had no former label printing experience so this really helped and I'm super happy with the 100's of label designs I've made for my businesses. It will let you create business cards on Avery site too. The one thing that I LOVE is that Avery template page will also let you design a QR code and save to your computer/device to print onto your labels, businesses cards, whatever. It also gives options to create barcodes and other codes related to your website or single product too. Also, it lets you upload images/pics from your computer/device to put on your label, too. Everything is done right from there, all on one page. In my experience when making body lotion or shower gel samples, I highly recommend using at least a 6 mm or higher baggie or else contents will "seep" through the plastic. I assumed all baggies were created equal and boy was I wrong! I used 2 mm baggies for a couple different types of shower gel and body lotions. When they were done up and sealed, I set them inside loosely upright in a cup. The next day, I checked on them and realized they all were seeping and sticking to each other. It made a huge mess, got all over my labels, smearing the print, so they were all unusable and went into the trash can. So, if you're making lotion or shower gel samples, save yourself from stress and buy quality heavy duty 6 mm or higher ziploc or the foil bags she uses in the video on either Amazon or eBay.
I’m not sure if you will see this and I’m sure your busy but I just bought these to do this but saw your Instagram and the small bottles. Is there a reason why I shouldn’t do these? I will get bottles next. I don’t want to waist the sponges unless this doesn’t work.
So... I looked for the size bags you showed and bought them but my bags are way too big. Are you sure those are the correct sizes in bags? Can you link them for us?
This looks like lots of fun to make! I was just curious-how did you do with sales after giving these dish soap samples out? I don't do Scentsy, but I sell Avon and bought their Cucina Essentials Lemon dish soap to make samples with.
Please can you help me , just come across your youtube. Its now 2022 . I live in Spain so sending samples is not doable as its so expensive. I would like to make some smaller sample packs that i can leave in the local newsagent . I.m doing okay on sales but thats through my friends and family so i cant rely on them forever and need to expand my customer base. Can you help me please regards julie x
Have you tried felt samples? They are thinner so they should hopefully be less expensive to mail. I would stick with those types of things until you are up and running in your business. :)
Yes! The App formerly known as Over is now GoDaddy Studio. I have been an Over user for years and currently participate in Beta Testing - the program has really grown and there are great features. I am so used to working in the app that I can make graphics quickly and easily. When you find one you love - you stick with it. ;)

You keep mentioning something called 'over' (sp?). .... What is that?
I believe you are talking about what is now called GoDaddy Studio.
