I’m 39 now with no career after pandemic. I was an ex ofw in UAE as travel consultant for 11 years. And Now I am starting again. What can you say about having a toxic work environment when you have pinoy co-workers? What do you think is the proper way to deal with crab mentality and superiority, and being bullied as newbie?
In my experience, I've found that keeping a professional approach is important when dealing with these kinds of challenges. If there's an issue, I try to address it calmly and with valid points, or else I just ignore it. I've been a newbie myself so, I understand that perspective but I make a conscious effort to stay positive, focus on my tasks, and excel in my role because I think this not only demonstrates my commitment but also minimizes potential conflicts. Also, don't forget to be respectful always.
