When I saw your writing, I thought it was . I watched your video again and then saw EF on the box and then you’ve written the same on the paper. I wonder if that EF is consistent with all the Pilot pens. My Pilot Metropolitan is so fine, I don’t think I need an EF. Although I believe Japan make are true to it’s specs, I wonder if there’s any exception.
Sadly, the kakuno isn't designed to flex and give line variation. But a good starter fountain pen to get that line variation is Noodler's Ahab. It's twice as much money as kakuno, but I heard a lot of people like it as their first flex pen.
PILOT Kakuno Fountain Pen, Clear Barrel, Medium Nib (10822) is about $13 +$6.5 for converter. You probably want a Medium nib. The Japanese pens write thinner than the German pens. So, a Medium nib Japanese pen would write like a fine nib Lamy. I have two Pilot Metropolitan pens and they both write very well. I don't know about the quality of this Kakuno, never had one.

its smooth
Oh how I love the screech
Very nice pen....I m using it since year
Is it smooth?
Fine or extra fine?
its extra fine, it says that on the box
Can we use blue ink
perhaps yes
If you use the blue ink cartridge, yes. Or there is a converter to use bottle inks.
Can it do thick and thin lines?

There is no ink come out when I write on the paper. Anyone knows what’s happening?
Wait there was tape to open it easily?-
I busted mines open like a monster 😭

Nib is m or b
Extra fine 😊
@@janeyjournalsit is writing like a fine nib
Shall we use it as eye dropper ?
Hell... No!
There's two tiny holes on the end of pen, so it'll truly become a eye dropper if you try that
