Unfortunately, I think you need some badges to be able to buy Peanut Butter, which is needed for the Egg 2 recipe. However, you can go to Gastronome En Famille in Alfornada, Levincia, Medali, or Cascarrafa, and buy the Compote du Fils for 2800 and get it. EDIT: I pinned this comment. Can you add the Restaurant Name, Locations, and Cost for Egg Power 2 into the main message?
I did this for an eevee 2 days ago for my eeveelution only run. Just something to keep in mind though. You can’t bulk release Pokémon. So I’d really recommend releasing them as you throw em in the box unless you wanna release 20 boxes full of (Insert Pokémon here) all at once
How to Mesuda a starter without any friends to trade with or needing to make a second save file: Pick your starter and play through until you fight the lechonk, if you chose fuecoco or spiragitito catch this lechonk, if you chose quaxly, catch a feltchling in the area. Breed your starter with either the lechonk or fletchling and get a couple more of your starter. Use the starter trade codes in an online trade, for example I did spirigatito so I traded off my starters offspring for a fuecoco using trade code 00010004, then you can trade it again with same code and cancel trades until someone offers you a foreign of your starter that is also the opposite gender of yours. Hope this helps at least one person

Haha my very first Sprigatito from my very first playthrough was female the first time I put down a picnic I unintentionally got an egg not sure who the father was as I had a full group. I'm waiting to get a masuda ditto to actually hunt for a shiny but I'll be breeding for perfect IVs at the same time.
Also if you have a digital for both switches you trade with your self by first make sure your main switch is not connected to internet but your other has to be connected to the internet to play.

After you boot up the game on your second switch turn off the airplane mode for your main switch. Then you simply go to poke portal and then make a union Union circle and make a room offline.

I've been racing to masuda breed a starter for a relative before they get the game for Christmas, and my god I'm starting to go crazy. Several hours breeding all 3 starters at once and hatching over 300 eggs now, and still no shiny. Ironically, I've run into 2 full odds wild encounters. I've started dreaming about hatching shinies. Help.

It does not sound like you are doing anything wrong. The 'odds' are the same every time, so you are not guaranteed to get it in that amount. That is just the average amount. Some will get shinies super early, others will not see a shiny in 10000 attempts.
When doing this have you reset your game to save ingredients and tray again say if I did a Spanish sprigatito and an English sprigatito got about 30 eggs hatched them all and no shiny would you recommend restarting and remake the sandwich to save on ingredients?

When I was breeding Quaxlies to trade to people who were looking for them I held Up on the control stick and walked at an angle so that I nothing would stop me and I swear I got 10 eggs in like a minute or 2 with Egg Power 1. I might test this again actually. EDIT: So i tested it a little and it does not seem that walking actually makes it faster so I was wrong. well i did multiple things while i breed, with egg power 2 standing still i got like 7-10 eggs every 3 minutes so if walking faster got u 10 eggs under one then kep doing it

I like to get 5 eggs and put them in my party then save. Then I save while running around, so then I can reset and the eggs will be close to hatching every time, and I don’t need to use as much money.

The Eggs are set in stone, when they are generated from the basket, not when they hatch. If you're resetting and hatching the same 5 eggs over and over, you're always seeing the same 5 Pokemon.
Funnily enough i got a female sprigatito my first try. And i already beat the game and chose to wait until the post game. Im just watching being I'm curious and I'm collecting eggs for my 4 way masuda hunt. Yeah I'm shiny hunting for 4 pokemon at once with a ditto. For those who dont know. Just choose up to 5 pokemon of the same gender and then get a ditto
Because each content creator have different audiences and can usually have better updated information. For instance, I went Austin John plays for his sandwich video and then went straight to good old papa here to update us with better info. That doesn’t necessarily mean Austin John sucks, just the info he gave is now outdated and I’ll be going to jefe for that. Austin is more of a update while he plays kind of guy or look here’s an update that probably hasn’t been seen yet while Jefe is the testing everything before moving on. Both sources are still great to watch but you do you I guess. Edit: isolation shiny hunting is another example, Austin John has announced that because he felt it was more better and fun compared to others from his EXPERIENCE but maybe papa jefe might find even more with more experimentation, who knows.

Using Pokémon Home to trade for a foreign language ditto was the absolute best move I’ve made for shiny breeding.
