Dude that's so fricking cool she's in there with ya. I take look after all our chickens and ducks every day. I've been doing this less time than you do you would know more than me. But I've found if you take them all they still go back. But your right I think they will well not all of them but one or two will try to find another spot. We keep golf balls and fake eggs lying around to persuade a sense of security. Maby that will help? I don't know I'm new to this too my friend. I mean shit about 6 months back we had a chicken hiding in plain sight just out of our vision that one day poppyout with like twelve chicks......and we were like what da fuuuuuck?
Yeah all new to me too. I loved seeing the other Hen I had hatch some chick's, she was a pain in the ass as a chicken, scittery as, but she was so proud and actually became a better chicken. I will need to start selling eggs to the local general store soon haha I have too many for me just from 4 hen's, or I will start to sell fertilised eggs on eBay , I need to get rid of a rooster so that I know what breed the eggs are from, I have 2 roosters at the moment.That would have been so good seeing your hen come out with 12 chick's!!!
