You have no idea how much this has helped me. Sometimes that's all we need, a reminder about something we should have already known.

Meaning of Khushu`
What is required of the worshipper is to show humility [khushu`] in his prayer and to have complete focus of mind, because Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning):
“Certainly will the believers have succeeded:
“They who are during their prayer humbly submissive [khashi‘un].” [al-Muminun 23:1-2]
Focusing on prayer and being humble therein are among the most important issues, and this is the essence of the prayer. Therefore we must pay attention to focusing with proper humility in the prayer and performing it in a tranquil and unhurried manner, when prostrating and bowing, between the two prostrations, and after bowing when standing up again; it should be done in a tranquil and unhurried manner🫶💥🤲🏻🌹🌹🌹

The General meaning of the dua is “My Lord, Truly, I am in need of whatever good that would send down to me.”
The dua is an expression of humility, dependence, and trust in Allah’s blessings. By reciting this supplication, one acknowledges their dependence on Allah for all goodness and asks Him to grant them whatever beneficial things Allah finds appropriate.
It is some form of seeking Allah’s blessings, guidance, and provision, as well as recognizing that He has the power to provide and fulfill one’s needs🤲🏻✨️🦋❤

Alhamdulillah.
Someone please prayer for me.. I’m going through a very difficult time, I can’t eat, sleep properly or think straight. I keep hallucinating shadows and dots because I haven’t slept. I’ve lost so much weight from just only being able to stomach few bites of food... I really need allahs wrath’s and duas answered. I’m really struggling - Inshallah my prayers will be answered.. 💔
