she’s been my favorite character since season 1 and have been meaning to edit her since but haven’t had the motivation to do so until season 2. (watch me make another one because this was more of a “the song rise would work so well with her after everything she’s been through” spur of the moment thing)

Most of people consider she's broken inside because of the pressure she is under. That's why she is a b*tch. But wait... Who' s not broken? Bloom? Or Sky Or anyone else? Stella just knows how to put the borders, define the limits and defend herself while most of characters do not. And that is, actually, her mom's merit. Stella wouldn't have been such a strong person if Luna hadn't exposed her to trials like that.
