The synergy between HSD and the Biesse Group for DAgroup

DAgroup, a Friulian company in the furniture sector, has been synonymous with passion, craftsmanship and Italian design for years. Daniele Guizzo, President of DAgroup, tells how the collaboration with the Biesse Group favours the pursuit of the corporate mission: to offer furnishing solutions, capable of furnishing every room of the house, in which aesthetics and functionality merge.
The history of DAgroup began with the founding of Dallagnese in 1948, a small carpentry shop covering an area of 450 m2. In the following years, the company then grew, developing above all in foreign markets, and starting from the 2000s it became part of an industrial group which has given rise to greater development.
The DAgroup group was established in 2023, which today has 120 employees in a 65,000m2 plant. The group consists of four brands: Dallagnese, Birex, Comprex and Incontra, each of which has a precise identity and all collaborate with each other, offering a wide range of furnishing solutions that adapt to the most varied customer needs.
DAgroup has been collaborating with the Biesse Group for many years and placed a Rover 36 into production for the first time in the 90s. The company has recently chosen the Biesse Group for the installation of an automatic system. In fact, the installation of the batch one production line allows for maximum customization of the product, guaranteeing greater flexibility in terms of production and change of finishes, and has allowed DAgroup to embark on the path towards production 4.0.
With regards to HSD components, Daniele Guizzo explains how “the synergy between HSD components and the Biesse Group allows for tools that are always precise and reliable and improve machining quality”. The Friulian company has found significant benefits in terms of quality and machining speed from the use of HSD components in its machining centres. In particular, the HSD components used by DAgroup are those intended for the cutting, milling and drilling of faced panels and mdf.
