Ahahaha sa true lang po! :D Ang masuggest ko lang po para kina lolo at lola ay magsuot po ng shoes na comfortable, it will help a lot po para po comfortable ang lakad and to have frequent stops po para makarest and maybe enjoy ang view and sceneries. Kasi pag sa Japan po hindi po talaga biro ang lakad, walking-focused society po kasi sila, and aside from walking, mahilig din po sila pumila :D Usually po 10,000 steps po a day minimum hihi
