actually, most of these are bullshit. in a real fight, there are four simple, golden rules to follow, and these moves break all of them. but its entertaining as hell to watch, though. for the curious, i put the rules below 1. end a fight quick. be as brutal, as dirty, as mean as necessary, but end it fast. the longer it goes on, the worse it is for you 2. never let your feet leave the ground for anything other than a kick, and then only kick about knee height. otherwise, you open yourself up to nasty counters that a novice can pull off 3. never, ever strike the face with a closed fist. there are 27 fragile, moving bones in the hand. for this reason, you want a loose fist, and practice switching from a palm strike with the fingers curled, into a loose fist, into a tight fist, and back again. this allows you to strike at the head with the palm, or the body with the fist, and the opponent doesnt know whats coming 4. if your opponent hits the ground, dont let him get back up. do the boot scoot boogie on his face

I know it's an old video but i recently discovered and love those videos you do, and Gemma and Noah are fun to watch for the Martial Artists part of your library. So, i just wanted to point out that in the Frost sequence, Gemma missed a little pause/step forward inbetween the 2 kicks that helps for the overall stability. It seems like kicks from Capoeira. Also, the rigidity of Frost hands pose might be because she's part cyborg but great advice for the humans out there. ^_^ Anyway, if you do some more of those MK11 videos, might be nice to see more of the less seen characters like Frost. :) Great Job on this channel! :D
I wouldn't be complaining about Gemma's attempt at the jumping double front kick, think that was the best it could possibly get... I thought it was a solid attempt. With regards to to Noah's attempt at johnny's 3 hit kombo, I had noticed when he did the cross punch, he didn't move his back foot forward in to prepare for the jumping spinning back kick. But the Kang kick kombo he did was awesome!!!
Cassie cages last move requires some z axis momentum and for the kick to curve up slightly as you begin to roll your torso as if to do the worm. You use that motion to help you to your feet. Smoother floor would help with that, but then its not padded.
Thanks for watching guys! Be sure to check out Noah's stay-at-home training program here: theosugym.com/

yo that Liu string was executed exceptionally cool! I was pretty sure that like none of game moves could be really used or even done with such power to be some sort of effective at all! Great job!
That clip of Gemma doing a bottlecap challenge has her camera person holding a glass bottle full of green fluid. My dad used to keep a vial of that stuff in the house when I was really young; it's supposed to be a pain relief ointment that one could rub onto sore muscles. I never learned its name, though.
Kyle Nguyen Aloe vera?
@@RazorO2Productions doubtful. Aloe Vera is known to come in more of a gel form, and did not share the distinct odor this stuff had. That, and Aloe Vera does not typically carry a pain relieving effect. It does, however, alleviate burns; something this ointment did not do.
The ointment was functionally closer to Icy Hot.
Of all the expert series, I love these two and I think the chefs the most!
Awesome!!
love watching this. but hearing all the english names for the kicks is so wierd for someone who practices teakwondo and Always hears the korean names for the kicks
I am learning mixed martial arts, and in my country we have translated or at least similar names for any hit.
Suprisingly, translated names don't sound weird.
This was good but if u do MK again, do more of the Shaolin and ninjas. The Outworlders r too out of reach so don’t worry too much. Also if u could find Grappling Martial Artists, that would be good.
Thanks for the suggestions. We were thinking of having wrestlers or bjj experts react to the grapplers in fighting games
@@Gamology that's awesome!
@@Gamology Metal Gear Solid 3, 4 and 5 have some pretty good judo techniques.
Literally I’ve been trying to practice martial arts and stuff but seeing them makes me wanna become even more interested in the art! Teach me ur ways🙏🏽🙏🏽😅😅
the move at 9:11 is a karate move called Do Mawashi Kaiten Geri. I'm kind of surprised that she doesn't know about it, it's pretty doable and can be seen quite often in karate tournaments.
They both need to be in the upcoming live action "Avatar: The Last Airbender" series on Netflix
I can see her as an Earthbender
I see her as tye lee to be honest
BOOM CANCELLED
dood the girl as like azula doe...
Bro when she did the kano move im like "Is her knee ok? "😂
Can we talk about how freaking hot Noah is? Like damn
Only if we can also mention Gemma and her glorious glutes.
neamiah donnell she confirmed *T H I C C*
Can't ignore Noah's great form, but my heart is with Gemma.
Anyway, if you do some more of those MK11 videos, might be nice to see more of the less seen characters like Frost. :)
Great Job on this channel! :D
That Erron Black back fall brought back PAINFUL memories of my primary form! LOL!
*hears her pronounce Nguyen*
*Me a Vietnamese* : hold up a minute
Something's wrong i can feel it
So when are you guys going to have a professional goose react to Untitled Goose Game?
We're working on it 😂
Gamology while you’re at it, how about getting a professional goat to recreate Goat Simulator?
@@1003JustinLaw And for Genital Jousting, they could get a...wait, nevermind.
What? It's for research!
I actually used the nut punch from jhonny cage on someone, it was actually cool
Gemma and Noah are the reasons I keep coming back here! They are just the absolute best :D
Thanks for watching, Gamologists! Be sure to leave suggestions for games that our experts can react to in future episodes!
*_Mirror's Edge_*
Have Gemma and Noah reenact moves from Tekken 7.
@@Artahe We'll do it in a few weeks! :)
More gaming fight breakdowns plz!!!
@@Gamology YEEEESS
0:25 Hmmmmmm
Definitely watching her karate moves
Have them react to Yakuza and Judgement/Judge Eyes heat actions and high-level God Hand gameplay.
We need this to be heard!!
Yes
Cassie cages last move requires some z axis momentum and for the kick to curve up slightly as you begin to roll your torso as if to do the worm. You use that motion to help you to your feet. Smoother floor would help with that, but then its not padded.
At 5:15, she threw a Taekwondo Side Kick. The kick is actually a Martelo de Negativa from Capoeira.
Next : Expert Martial artist react to Yakuza 0 & kiwami 1 fighting style
Please 🙏🙏🙏😣😣😣
What about them reacting to the combat in Sleeping Dogs.
@@derrickhaggard It is a must .
I kinda hoped she would do kitana...
But then again I imagine it would be really awkward to throw fans and they barely hit Noah lmao 😂 😂 😂
Oh my God, that thickness :O
OK? SO
Great Video! Awesome Moves!
incredible stuff. Gamology delivers once more! I 100% agree with the closing statement.
