You can treat your vertigo by doing Epley maneuver. You don’t have to live with vertigo. You can do it your self or find a professional. All the info is online. I got treated at the Chicago Hearing and Dizziness center. Mine reoccurs , so I can do it at home when I need it.
I suffer of vertigo myself and I discovered that happens more in allergy season.So I put some nasal allergy spray (Flucticasone)I my nose and magically disappear.Try that I found this was a great and wellcome discovery of mine.
