Molson Coors is shutting down the Leinenkugal plant in Chippewa Falls, WI so they can now make it in Milwaukee along with all their other crap beers..Hopefully an investor comes along and buys the Chippewa Falls plant because it is really a great old fashion brewery and always had great tours of the plant.

If a person wanted to buy a house of reinforce concrete and stone like in southern Europe, insurance companies would factor that in. But, if they don't want to pay for reinforced concrete, no builder will use it.

A business associate of mine just rebuilt a 10-speed automatic transmission. Stated the flaw of internal parts failing. The replacement part will fix it, but design by flaw is in all of these transmissions. Then, a backorder of torque converters left him with NO option except to have the converter REBUILT.....another $1100
Automobile companies will not ever get back to their high ground until they build a 10,000 dollar car/ truck like the 1970’s. We do not need all the stupid safety stuff. Plain simple transportation that can be repaired by the back yard mechanic.
We live in Northern Colorado. 2 years ago homes were selling in hours, and for more than asking price. We have homes in our subdivision that have been on the market for more than 6 months. When they do sell it is for far less than 2 years ago

Cost of living increases, which leaves less to work with for car and housing payments. Also, terrible job growth & wages. Everyone is feeling the pain of the squeeze. The first red flag is when full-time employment wages can not support rent or mtg. We are seeing two generations living in one household in the US.
Time has come to no longer comply with maintaining this debt-based fiat system. Mortgages are a major contributor, and you're likely financing a piece of property you will never own, even when you hold the deed. Young people could lead the way to non-compliance. Save money to buy a boxable or container outright. Break the back of the mortgage industry, while at the same time shine a light on the whole property valuation/tax racketeering scam.

The low interest rates were supported by deficit printing (creating dollars out of thin air). This caused housing prices to rise because the dollars buying them were worth less. The price of everything went up for the same reason. Oil prices are artificially low (in the USA) because of government manipulation. Draining Strategic Petroleum Reserves, creating a foreign market dependent on USA petroleum at higher prices. Petroleum plants in the USA are operating at unsustainable high outputs.
They bought Pep Boys auto parts business back about 2015, I wonder if all those rebranded stores are a good chunk of those 700 stores. There are two not too far from me.
