This is a practical skill. I think just study the drawing step by step and match with the physical components in the panel... thats enough. It will take time at the beginning & that is usual for all.
And I have no knowledge about such book.

Sir kindly clear One doubt,in local and MCC mode the NO represents the start push button but in DCS mode from where we get the NO contact.If it's NO of any contactor then which contactor in this ckt
