Hi, I'm Sarah Lockman Tubman. I'm an FEI Dressage rider that's ridden for the U.S. team, and I have a beautiful business of everything from young horses and young riders all the way through Grand Prix, and I use BEMER. So I love BEMER in my daily training program for many reasons. One of the reasons is, as you know, in Dressage, one of the biggest things that we strive for is suppleness. And in order to get suppleness, we have to have healthy muscles so that the horses have extra circulation moving through their body. We use the BEMER blanket a lot of the time before we ride and actually also after we ride to help the horse with recovery. We like to use the BEMER blanket and the BEMER cuffs before we ride the horses to help warm up the muscles, increase circulation, which then in turn helps cut down on injury and helps cut down on our warm-up time. And also we use the blanket at the end of the day to help the horses recover after hard workouts, after long days of travel. It's a great thing that you can use, to be honest, at any time of the day, but those are the two times that we really like using the BEMER blanket.
The great thing about the BEMER Blanket is it can be used as little as one time per day. One of the things that really drew me to this blanket was it's not a 30-minute or 45-minute or 1-hour treatment, but you can actually use this blanket for 8 minutes, and the lasting effects are incredible for hours on end. Some of the benefits that I've seen using the BEMER Blanket on my horses, all the way from 4-year-olds all the way to Grand Prix horses, is their warm-up time is cut down. The horses are relaxed. They feel good. You can tell at the end of the day after they've worn the BEMER Blanket that they're very happy to go straight to their feed and they have a nice, restful night's sleep and are ready to work the next day. The benefits of using a BEMER on yourself, there are many of them. One of them is, again, increased circulation. It really helps me after a long day of riding 10 to 12 horses feel like I can get up the next day and do it again. You know, us as riders, we are athletes, and we need to make sure that we treat ourselves as such.
