Let's make soft homemade bread!
No eggs, no milk!

Recipe and ingredients for buns:
200 ml of warm water.
200 ml of warm milk.
120 grams of sugar.
12 grams of dry yeast.
Mix well.
200 g of wheat flour.
Cover and leave for 15-20 minutes to activate the yeast.
The yeast activated well.
Add 70 ml of vegetable oil.
2 egg whites.
Mix the ingredients.
Sift 500 g of wheat flour.
8 grams of salt.
Continue kneading the dough with a spoon.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Knead into a soft, smooth dough.
Grease the cup with vegetable oil.
Cover and place in a warm place until the dough has doubled in size, about 40 minutes.
Form one large ball from the dough.
Divide into 4 equal parts.
Form balls from the dough.
Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough as thinly as possible.
Lubricate with vegetable oil.
Cut into 4 parts.
Repeat after me, it's very interesting.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Set aside in a warm place to rise for 20 minutes.
Brush with egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of water.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
Incredibly airy and soft buns are ready!
