🙏💯🏁🏆 True asf. I enjoyed watching them build up the stadium fron the ground up while i was learning to put basketball courts and concert sets/stages together for the sacramento kings at the same time.
These are a blessing to get a tiny peak behind the gridiron scenes 💯 as well as the crew that covers every game and schedule
I probably wouldnt have brought them to topgolf, or at least not on video.

These "Behind the Shield" episodes be on point. And everything seems to be moving in the right direction. The only problem The Raiders have right now, which is kinda big, is getting Josh Jacobs signed! The only reason I say that is because we do not know what we have behind him. I am hopeful that White will be able to do big things, but NO ONE has the vision, the sense, the feel for those holes opening up like JJ. He's just a different dynamic player. RBs are required to run the ball because, well, that's what they do. But they also have to catch the ball and pass block. There is more required of them than any other position as far as work load. So, to diminish their value with this lack, luster pay is beyond disrespectful. JJ earned and deserves his pay day. Playing through injuries and other things to help this team. I can't speak on or about the other RBs holding out, but Jacobs has earned his $12-$14 million a year contract, and he's only going to get better. I feel he wants to be a Raider, I just don't think he wants to play for McDaniels.
A bunch of games? He’s never missed more than 3 games in a season. A total of 6 in 4 years. He’s actually durable for a RN. Why people make up things to make players look bad when it time to get paid is weird. Jimmy G has missed a bunch of games. JJ has missed 6 games in 4 years

@JanoyCresva well, depending on the player that is playing the position. But I disagree with you. A dominant running game opens up the passing game. And Jacobs has been elite since his rookie year. Playing through injuries and all. He has earned his money

Gruden would NEVER do these. We only ever heard from mayock and gruden when the HAD TO come out and talk. Not enough people are embracing this new era. Last year wasnt the start. Last year was a "Lets see what we can do with this laughingstock of a roster. Maybe we'll make a run..." Well it didnt work so Dave and Mcdaniels officially started their build. They couldve dont it last year but coming off a SUPER LUCKY but cool playoff appearance run, it would be dumb to not try and make another one. Tried and the pieces just didnt gel. Oh well. The standard is LOW in LV. Lets get it to the top!
