Very nice!
I love the birds head look to the pendulum portion of the movement!
If you extend the pendulum a few inches, would that slow it down to a one second swing? Or is it set for a one second swing both ways?

Yebbut....why haven't you got it ticking evenly? Just add a little more weight to the pendulum, and move the base of the movement to the righta touch.
