what motivates me is the fact that this is my last yr of uni and i just truly want to enjoy it, also lately i've been trying to find new ways to make my youtube vlogs feel more like me so i've been truly loving trying different techniques + filming angles i just love the creativity that i get when i do anything youtube related
What works for me so far is making a plan in my calendar. Having some kind of structure helps a lot. It can be as simple as repetetive tasks such as: Gym, meals, studying. Right now I'm trying to challenge myself fx to right down specifically what I'm going to study and how long it should take. I'm doing 50/10 study sessions right now (50min study and 10min pause). There are times where I sometimes cant sleep and end up sleeping late, because of so many different thoughts. It makes me critical of myself but I'm trying to be more gentle to myself. Forgiving and rewarding myself is something I'm trying to get better at. Thanks for sharing your goals, you're really brave. Inspiries me to make my own youtube content.

I get my best meditation when I run. That's when I crawl into my own head and figure out all of the world's problems. That keeps me motivated. Speaking of pastries, It entertains me to watch you run, then go into a patisserie to devour a post-run pastry that is the size of your head. 😃
me too, actually it is my favourite season, although right now i have a lot of things on my plate trying to balance studies + internships + UA-cam vlogs + life as an athlete... but we are trying

I really enjoy the winter! It is often the most happy and energetic season for me.
